5 bedroom villa with private pool for up to 10 guests near seafront on Amalfi Coast

Villa Opera is a charming and bright three-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Opera you will enjoy a bright view of the sea. Villa Opera is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, two panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 800 meters (half a mile) from Marina del Cantone, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will find the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line at 500 meters (1640 feet). You will reach Villa Opera walking past a main entrance gate and going up an external stairway which consists of approximately six steps.

For a successful stay at Villa Opera we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a garage. The parking space is suitable for at most two cars.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

Terrace 1 with Jacuzzi pool

The first terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It features a Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (4 by 3.80 meters, 13 by 12.5 feet). It is partly shaded by an elegant bougainvillea pergola. It is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea.

Terrace 2

The second terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea.

Patio

The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant pergola and by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers and a swing. From the patio you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and a side view of the sea.

Ground Floor

Living Room

The living room is paved with original handmade tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include three sofas and four armchairs. There is an elegant fireplace. The dining table can accommodate 14 guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television and a home theatre CD player with Ipod dock station. The room has six double-glazed windows with a partial view of the sea. The room also has a double-glazed large panoramic window with a view of the patio. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room has two double-glazed large panoramic windows with a view of the greenery.

Half-bath

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
