7 bedroom villa with private pool, hot tub & panoramic views on Sorrento & Amalfi Coast

Villa Marinella is a luxurious and modern 7-bedroom villa in Marina del Cantone, near Nerano, with many terraces boasting breath-taking sea views, private swimming pool, hot tub, WIFI internet access and air conditioning. 

Marina del Cantone is a small town on the Sorrento peninsula which overlooks the Gulf of Salerno. It is renowned for its crystal clear waters, pebble beaches and its numerous restaurants famous for authentic, local products and delicacies. 

The 7-bedroom villa is divided into 3 floors. To access the villa, you enter the private parking area which has space for 2 cars. On the ground floor, there is also a wonderful garden with beautiful trees and outdoor furniture and a large terrace with sea views. 

From the terrace, you can access the open plan living area. Here you will find a large living room with a corner bar, equipped with an icemaker, comfortable, stylish sofas, a TV and a piano. There is also a dining area with a large table and chairs for up to 18 guests. This living area is bright and has large windows to enable you to make the most of the stunning sea views. The kitchen, next to the living room, is fully equipped with a 4-ring hob, gas oven and grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, juicer and espresso machine. Next to the kitchen, there is also a bathroom and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. 

From the living area, you can access the panoramic sea view terrace which is equipped with deck chairs and an outdoor dining table for 8 guests so that you can dine ‘al fresco’ on the long, hot summer days.

From the ground floor to the first floor, there is an internal staircase and also a lift. On the first floor, there is a hallway with a small living room and access to another terrace overlooking the sea. This terrace is equipped with wood-burning pizza oven, BBQ and an outdoor dining table and chairs to seat up to 14 guests. 

On the first floor you will also find three of the 7 double bedrooms. All three double bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a shower and access onto the terrace where you can continue to enjoy the breath-taking sea views. One of the double bedrooms has a round bed measuring 230cm in diameter and jacuzzi bathtub. 

The terrace also boasts a 5-seater hot tub and a mini-bar where you can relax whilst watching the sunset over the ocean and enjoying your favourite drink. From the terrace, you can access the second floor and the pool area on the top (third) floor.

The second floor, accessible via the lift, has four double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms face the sea with access to the panoramic terrace. The other two bedrooms face the garden side. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and one has two single French beds (these can be joined to make a double on request).  All four double bedrooms are ensuite with a shower, sink and toilet.

The third floor is accessed via an external set of approximately 20 steps. Here you will find the swimming pool which is 8 metres by 4 metres. On this floor, there is a large and spectacular sun terrace which is equipped with sun beds and deck chairs.  So, lie back, relax and soak up the view.

The famous beach of Marina del Cantone is only 1 km from Villa Marinella so it is also accessible on foot. This beach offers numerous water sports and activities such kayaking, diving courses and boat trips. You can also hire deck chairs and parasols.

From Marina del Cantone, you can easily take a day trip to Capri, visit the enchanting Amalfi and Sorrento coasts and their famous towns of Sorrento (16km), Positano (23km) and Amalfi (40 km).
