Villa Calacapri

Villa Calacapri is a beautiful 110 metre squared villa with a private pool, 300 metres squared of garden and wonderful views of Capri island for up to 4 guests.

Situated in Termini, just 15 minutes’ drive from Massa Lubrense and 10 minutes from the Bay of Nerano – a marine National Park, Villa Calacapri is well located for those wishing to visit the main tourist sites but also relax in a stunning, verdant landscape. A car is essential when staying at Villa Calacapri. This will enable you to make the most of our stay with visits to Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast, Naples and Pompeii. You can also take a boat trip from Nerano to Capri.

Villa Calacapri is rare as it offers complete seclusion and privacy for a family or small group of friends looking for a relaxing break. The villa is simple, cosy and has a rustic feel – in keeping with its surroundings. The area surrounding the villa has recently been declared National Park and is an oasis of peace, immersed in Mediterranean scrubland and olive trees.

The living room of the villa which boasts a featured rock wall, open fireplace, opens onto a large paved panoramic courtyard and portico area. There is a fully equipped kitchen.

On the first floor, the two double bedrooms are fresh and welcoming. They boast stunning views of the sea and island of Capri. Both bedrooms open out onto a shaded balcony, perfect for watching the sun rise and set. There is a fully equipped bathroom.

Outside, the villa has ample space, including 300 metres squared of garden where you can relax under the shade of an olive tree, an area with a pizza oven and BBQ and even a field to play ‘bocce’ (Italian bowls). Enjoy all this space with a breath-taking backdrop of the sea and the island of Capri.

A short walk through the lush gardens leads to the pool terrace. The pool is 2.5 x 2.5m and 1.5m deep and becomes one with the sea. Sunbathe and swim with beautiful Capri in the background. The area is equipped with sunbeds and a shaded pergola to provide you with some shade on those long, hot summer days.

A footpath starting at the entrance gate of the villa takes you downhill to the pebble beach below. The path is steep towards the end as you reach the beach. Once there, you can reward yourself with a swim in the crystal, turquoise waters.
The road leading to the property is challenging to drive down due to its steepness and narrowness and therefore we recommend a small car. The secluded and private nature of the villa makes it all worthwhile when you arrive. Alternatively, you can leave your car in a parking space 300 metres above the villa.
