Villa La Pace is situated in stunning scenery, suspended between the sea and the sky. It can accommodate up to 7 guests who will enjoy a wonderful garden, a refreshing pool and spectacular views over the Amalfi Coast. The villa is perfect for all kinds of guests: couples, families with children and groups of friends.

The villa has got three big bedrooms with beautiful furnishings, a spacious living room, where guests can watch TV or surf the internet using a Wi-Fi connection, a well furnished kitchen equipped with fridge, oven and kitchen utensils. There are two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi and another with a box shower and a washing machine. Two of the three bedrooms can be converted into twin rooms (on request).

From the road leading to the villa, you will enjoy spectacular views of the Sorrentine Peninsula below you, the bay of Naples and the Vesuvius in the background, the Amalfi Coast, Positano, Praiano and the golf of Salerno to the south. From the villa, you can admire the famous "Li Galli", three islands where the legendary mermaids bewitched the sailors by singing, causing a lot of ships to crash into the rocks. During the burning hours of the day, the sea and the sky tremble in the intense blue and wonderfully hot and bright climate. A gentle and welcoming breeze rises in the evening!

Outside there is a lovely swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden which overlooks the Amalfi coast. The pool has a wide solarium equipped with sun loungers, sunshades, parasols and a shower. It is suitable for people with wheelchairs and families. In summertime, the swimming pool is the perfect place to have breakfast and in the evening it is the ideal place to have a romantic supper by candlelight or a drink or a swim by moonlight. Guests can use the swimming pool from mid May to September.

Outside the villa there is a typical wooden and stone canopy, a wood-burning oven and all you need to prepare pizza and a delicious BBQ! Guests can taste cuisine specialties in the comfort of the villa, thanks to a qualified Pizza Chef who can bake the real Neapolitan pizza in the wood-burning oven outside in the garden.

Villa La Pace is the ideal setting for guests who love nature. The garden, 3000 square metres, offers a great range of plants such as roses, cikas plants, grapevines and lemons. There is a tilledfootpath in the garden, which allows you to access and pick seasonal fruit and vegetables to prepare local dishes and enjoy the colours and the typical scents of the Mediterranean, which make the villa a small corner of heaven. The garden also has two elegant wooden gazebos and artistic benches, where you can relax with a drink, listen to music or admire one of the most beautiful sights of the Amalfi Coast.

Villa La Pace is the ideal place to spend your holidays, as it is a short car journey to the centre of Sorrento, which is full of leisure facilities, night clubs, wine bars, pubs, restaurants and beautiful beaches. The nearest supermarket, restaurant, bar and bus stop are only a 10 minute walk. It lies in a magnificent setting where nature is combined with elegance in Colli di Fontanelle, a hill hamlet of Sant'Agnello which is near the famous and refined Sorrento and the fashionable Positano. Villa La Pace is surrounded by the enchanting turquoise of the Amalfi coast and the scent of the lemon trees. The spectacular setting of the Villa La Pace is only 3 km from Sorrento and less than 7 km from Positano.

"This property is a little gem in the heart of the Amalfi Coast"

The owner, Michele, is friendly and very hospitable. The villa is very good value, given that it has its own kidney shaped pool, which Michele cleans every day or two for no extra charge. The garden is a delight and bursting with seasonal produce - we took full advantage of the tomatoes and basil. There are a couple of local restaurants within walking distance which serve excellent local dishes (both have pizza ovens) and good local wine. Michele and Tina are excellent hosts and go above and beyond what I would have expected: they are wonderful warm-hearted people. I would have no hesitation in returning.

"Best holiday for a very long time"

The whole experience has been a pleasure since first contacting Alfonso in February right the way through to arriving at the property. The property was beautiful and accurately described on the website. The hosts were fantastic and very personable.

"We had fantastic holiday again at this villa!"

The second visit to the Villa and we weren't disappointed don't hesitate to book you won't regret it. We arrived at 1.30am to be met with a warm welcome by the owners Tina and Michael and Naples Villa rep Carmine. The shopping we had requested was waiting together with Complimentary wine and watermelon. With 3 restaurants and bars 10 minute walk away together with a mini-supermarket everything was close by. The Amalfi trip organised by Carmine was marvellous and Pasquale the driver was excellent and very informative. If you need anything taxis etc just WhatsApp Carmine and he will arrange. There is also a bus service to Sorrento in the village. Villa and grounds (including the pool) is perfect and spotlessly clean. Recommend Restaurant Stelluccia say hi to Francesco from us.

“Beautiful Villa, Amazing location, Grazie Carmine Michele e Tina!”

We had a fantastic time here. We were met on our first day by Carmine the English speaking host, who will travel 20 minutes by scooter to escort you to the villa in case the (very good) travel directions aren't enough. He was very funny and provided lots of tips for the holiday. You should definitely accept his offer to book a private boat tour to Capri, the price is similar to taking a public boat and the experience is like being on a luxury 5* private trip. You should also take the boat drivers advice on the restaurant choice in Capri. Best pasta I have ever eaten. Michele and Tina own the villa, they were exceptionally friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The television picture wash;t very good on the first night, and when we returned from dinner we found Michele waiting outside the house to bring us a whole new TV! They wouldn't let themselves in to change the TV when we weren't there as they were too polite! This villa is situated perfectly for access to both the amalfi coast and the sorrento peninsula. It is equipped with everything you could need, towels and beach towels, even a hairdryer provided. The living area is open plan and spacious, the rooms and bathrooms are spotless. It sleeps 6 with two bathrooms, one shower and one jacuzzi bath. The pool is well maintained, also very clean and loungers and poolside shower are provided. There are multiple outside eating areas, BBQ, pizza oven and parking space. The little village has a small supermarket with very helpful staff and free coffee on a morning. We only ate in one restaurant in Colli di Fontanelle "Il refugio". The staff were amazing, we had great meat and antipasti but the pizzas weren't the best, good wood fired base but a bit too much cheese (unless you like that sort of thing) so order something else off the menu. Other restaurant recommendations for local towns are below this review. All in all one of the best holiday experiences I have ever had. You really need to hire a car to fully experience the Amalfi and Sorrento coastline, but it is definitely worth it. Grazie Mille Michele, Tina & Carmine. We can't thank you enough

"Highly recommended!"

This villa was a fabulous and private base for a family vacation and the views from the pool were stunning. Everything was as described and pictured in the photos. Can't imagine not renting a car as the location is in a small village. Naples Villas and the owners were excellent and professional. Book this property early as its a total gem. Highly recommended!

"Excellent villa in Sorrento area"

We loved our stay at this villa. Michele and Tina made us most welcome. The garden was an unexpected delight, secluded with great views. The pool was excellent with many sunbeds alongside. A nice surprise was that we were allowed to pick tomatoes, peppers and courgettes and courgette flowers from the vegetable patch which was a treat. The house is comfortable and well equipped. The location is good for getting to Sorrento - about 15 mins by windy road . From there we did trips to Capri , Pompeii , Herculaneum and Naples. Positano is about 20 mins in the other direction. There is an excellent small supermarket at the top of the road for supplies. Michele and Tina cooked us delicious pizzas one evening in the pizza oven outside. They were outstanding. We would love to come again.

"We will return!"

The owner is a very kind person and affable. It 's very communicative and generous customer who likes to spoil you with various small attention thanks to which the client feels at home. Many guests have left pages of compliments for the beauty of the place, the structure for the kindness of the owners.
