Villa La Pace is situated in stunning scenery, suspended between the sea and the sky. It can accommodate up to 7 guests who will enjoy a wonderful garden, a refreshing pool and spectacular views over the Amalfi Coast. The villa is perfect for all kinds of guests: couples, families with children and groups of friends.

The villa has got three big bedrooms with beautiful furnishings, a spacious living room, where guests can watch TV or surf the internet using a Wi-Fi connection, a well-furnished kitchen equipped with fridge, oven and kitchen utensils. There are two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi and another with a box shower and a washing machine. Two of the three bedrooms can be converted into twin rooms (on request).

From the road leading to the villa, you will enjoy spectacular views of the Sorrentine Peninsula below you, the bay of Naples and the Vesuvius in the background, the Amalfi Coast, Positano, Praiano and the golf of Salerno to the south. From the villa, you can admire the famous "Li Galli", three islands where the legendary mermaids bewitched the sailors by singing, causing a lot of ships to crash into the rocks. During the burning hours of the day, the sea and the sky tremble in the intense blue and wonderfully hot and bright climate. A gentle and welcoming breeze rises in the evening!

Outside there is a lovely swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden which overlooks the Amalfi Coast. The pool has a wide solarium equipped with sun loungers, sunshades, parasols and a shower. It is suitable for people with wheelchairs and families. In the summertime, the swimming pool is the perfect place to have breakfast and in the evening it is the ideal place to have a romantic supper by candlelight or a drink or a swim by moonlight. Guests can use the swimming pool from April to October.

Outside the villa there is a typical wooden and stone canopy, a wood-burning oven and all you need to prepare pizza and a delicious BBQ! Guests can taste cuisine specialties in the comfort of the villa, thanks to a qualified Pizza Chef who can bake the real Neapolitan pizza in the wood-burning oven outside in the garden.

Villa La Pace is the ideal setting for guests who love nature. The garden, 3000 square metres, offers a great range of plants such as roses, cikas plants, grapevines and lemons. There is a tilled footpath in the garden, which allows you to access and pick seasonal fruit and vegetables to prepare local dishes and enjoy the colours and the typical scents of the Mediterranean, which make the villa a small corner of heaven. The garden also has two elegant wooden gazebos and artistic benches, where you can relax with a drink, listen to music or admire one of the most beautiful sights of the Amalfi Coast.

Villa La Pace is the ideal place to spend your holidays, as it is a short car journey to the centre of Sorrento, which is full of leisure facilities, nightclubs, wine bars, pubs, restaurants and beautiful beaches. The nearest supermarket, restaurant, bar and bus stop are only a 10-minute walk. It lies in a magnificent setting where nature is combined with elegance in Colli di Fontanelle, a hill hamlet of Sant'Agnello which is near the famous and refined Sorrento and the fashionable Positano. Villa La Pace is surrounded by the enchanting turquoise of the Amalfi coast and the scent of the lemon trees. The spectacular setting of the Villa La Pace is approximately 20 minutes drive from Sorrento and Positano.

Great stay at La Pace

Comfortable and very clean house. Good guidance remotely by Alfonso into getting there and introducing us to the local hosts Tina and Michele. During our 2-weeks stay, we would talk to them on a regular basis, as they came and visited the house every 2 days or so, for a short while, to check the pool and bring new towels and sheets after one week, and bring us fresh vegetables from the garden. They also pointed out some nice restaurants and other useful places in and around the local village. We really liked La Rosa, which is a typica local Italian restaurant, without frills, but offering some very tasteful dishes at moderate prices. All in all a great summer holiday in a lovely villa, supported by very friendly hosts. We will certainly recommend this to our friends and might come back ourselves sometime, although we would then try to avoid the very busy July-August season in the Sorrento peninsula.

Relaxing and Comfortable stay

We had a really nice stay at Villa La Pace. The Hause was really clean and really comfortable! Totally quite and well maintained. We had fun harvesting frisch tomatoes from the private vegetable garden and making pizza in the wood oven! Many thanks to the nice landlords🙂

Beautiful villa with brilliant hosts.

We spent 10 fabulous days staying at La Villa Pace. The villa itself is beautiful and suited us perfectly. The pool was great for the children (9,9&15 yrs) and the gardens were a perfect place to relax. We made good use of the pizza oven too! Tina and Michele were brilliant hosts. On hand anytime we needed them and also came to change the beds and leave us fresh towels halfway through our stay. They also came over on our last night to warn us there may be a power cut due to the bad weather that was due (the only bad weather we saw during our stay) and showed us the emergency lighting so the younger two children didnt get scared which i thought was very thoughtful. The local village which is only a 10 minute walk up the lane was lovely and the people were very welcoming. It has a few restaurants and a mini supermarket. Mezzaluna restaurant was a favourite with us, gorgeous food, lovely owners and great value for money (we visited 3 times). The Amalfi coast is just amazing to drive through. We stopped off at all the villages along the way with Revello and Positano being the favourites. Also Tina told us to visit Nerano beach, it is only very small but again perfect for relaxing and only a 20 minute drive from the villa. The children played in the sea there and it has a couple of little bars/restaurants. Sorento was the perfect place for an evening out, the atmosphere is great and everyone is so friendly. It was the perfect time of year for us as it wasnt too busy with tourists/cruiseships but busy enough for a great atmosphere. Also the weather was amazing but did get a little chilly at night. It is somewhere we will definitely be returning to. All in all it is a fantastic villa and area to go to. Thank you to Alfonso too for being so helpful and keeping in contact before/during and after our stay!

"Stunning property in an amazing location"

We felt you went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Communication was easy and we had no issues whatsoever. We would definitely stay at the property and recommend it to friends. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thank you, Alfonso, and thank you to Michele and Tina for the tremendous hospitality.

"Wonderful Holiday"

Wonderful well equipped villa in great setting in the hills looking out over vineyards and coastline. Outside of Sorrento in the hills so away from the main summer madness. Lovely pool and outdoor space with great garden full of local produce which we were allowed to enjoy. Owners, Michelle and Tina could not have made us feel more welcome and are so helpful and friendly and kept us filled up with their fruit and veg. Local town is less than 10 mins walk with variety of restaurants and supermarket so no need to use a car for that. Only downside is the time it takes to get to sights due to the traffic but that is what you would expect on the Sorrento / Amalfi peninsula in July and August.

Beautiful garden

We booked this last minute in desperation the day before travelling but luckily it was a good choice. Great villa with lovely pool and gardens. We actually didn't visit as many places as we intended because it was so nice just being in the grounds. Very nice restaurant within walking distance - a bit rough and ready but great food and wine and very cheap. Sorrento only 5 miles away where we took the ferry to Capri for the day. The owners were very nice and friendly, especially as we were late arriving and they were hanging around for hours. Also a nice vegetable patch to pick some fresh produce. Would happily visit again.

"Wonderful! Gorgeous setting, gracious hosts!"

This place is conveniently located close to Positano, Sorrento, etc., but is enough off the beaten path to give you a little space and peace. The gardens/lawn/landscaping are impeccably manicured. Plenty of room for a family. The owners (Miguel, Tina) and their family are extremely nice. They do not know much English , so study your Italian or use an online translation site. :) The only thing lacking was soap and shampoo/conditioner. There is a washer and drying rack. Old school french press for coffee. We highly recommend!

Perfect summer villa

Beautiful, fully equipped villa in a great location! It takes an hour to 1.5 hours to get to Pompeii or Vesuvius, as there is usually a traffic jam, but the villa is a bit off the beaten track. On the peninsula there are great hiking trails, one starts directly in front of the house and goes down the cliff to the sea. The garden at the house is very nice and the kids loved the pool. However, we were there in April and the pool is not heated, so nothing delicately removed .... The house is very clean, unfortunately it was when we did not get properly preheated, so it was a little cold in the first two days House was. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the time. Visits and hikes at 20 degrees are wonderful in April.
