What is the cancellation policy in light of COVID-19?

If, due to COVID-19, you are unable to travel and stay at the property, there are the following options:

1)If your terms and conditions in the booking details allow free cancellation, you can cancel for free.

2)If not, we are flexible and we will do our best to ensure that you do not lose the money which you have paid. For example, offering a credit note to use towards a future booking or rescheduling your stay.

What time can I check into the accommodation and what time do I have to check out?

What is the best time of year to visit the Bay of Naples?

The weather is usually very good from April to October, whilst April/May and September/October are less busy in terms of the number of people and traffic.

Where and how far away are the nearest restaurants, shops and local amentites?

All Naples Villas' accommodation is well located with facilities within easy reach by car or on foot (5 to 10 minutes).

What are the most important places to see and the best things to do whilst in Naples?

I have paid the deposit to book the accommodation, when does the rest of the money need to be paid?

The remaing balance due needs to be paid direct to the accommodation when you arrive.

I am now unable to go on holiday, will I lose my deposit? Can I re-book for another time?

Your deposit can be held for up to 12 months and you can re-book again with Naples Villas without losing your deposit.

Do you recommend hiring a car?

Hiring a car would be useful because it allows you more freedom and flexibility. Click on one of the banners on our website for great deals.

Do you recommend using public transport?

Yes, the majority of Naples Villas' accommdation is well-linked. Public transport is usually cheap, relaible and frequent. For more information see ;Find Out More' and 'Useful Links' pages on our website.

I eat a special diet, will I be able to get my own special diet at the accommodation?

Yes, Naples Villas' accommodation is able to offer special diets, as long as you request this in advance by emailing us here

Will I be able to arrange and organise sight-seeing myself on holiday?

Yes, there is a lot of information about this on our website go to 'Find Out More', 'Useful Links', 'Sight-seeing' and 'One Day Excursions'. Alternatively you can email us here for more information.

Which airlines fly direct to Naples?

Both British Airways and Easyjet fly direct to Naples all year round. BMI fly direct from March to October. Click on one of their banners on our website for great deals.

Do the self-catering accommodations have the necessary kitchen utencils? Is it possible to arrange a food hamper for our arrival so that we don't need to go shopping immediately?

All Naples Villas' self-catering accommodations have the necessary cooking utencils. It is possible to arrange a food hamper for your arrival, just let us know what you would like in it and we will organise this. The only charge will be for the cost of the contents of the hamper. Email us here

Is it possible to pay for the accommodation in another currency other than GBP sterling?

You can pay the desposit to Naples Villas in any currency through Paypal, credit card or debit card on Paypal. For the remaining balance you can pay by credit/debit card at the Hotels and Villas, but the self-catering and Bed and Breakfasts require you to pay in euros cash.

How does the deposit system work?

In order to book, reserve and confirm your accommodation Naples Villas requires a 10% or 20% deposit from you which can be paid through Paypal, credit card or debit card using Paypal. The accommodation will be sent proof of this payment and details of the remaining 90% or 80% balance in euros. You then need to pay the remaining balance on arrival at the accommodation (except Le Capannelle).

How will I receive confirmation of my booking and holiday details including the total remaing balance?

As soon as you have paid the deposit you will receive confirmation of your booking, the total remaining balance and all your accommodation details via email. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours of booking then please email us here. If you have any further questions about the accommodation please consult our website or email us here.

Are there any English speaking people at the accommodation?

All of Naples Villas' accommodation have people who speak English and they will be willing to help you with anything you need.

We don't want to hire a car, so can you organise transfers from the airport to our accommodation for us?

Yes, we can organise transfers, email us here to let us know your flight details and we will send you a quote for the transfers.

Are gas, electricity and water included in the self-catering accommodation rates?

Yes, all of Naples Villas' self-catering accommodation have gas, electricity and water included in their rates.

Are there disabled facilities available at the accommodation?

Please email us here to explain your needs and we will advise you accordingly.

Are towels provided at the accommodation?

Yes, all of Naples Villas' accommodation provide towels and the linen is changed every day in the hotels.

Is it possible to smoke in the accommodation?

No, due to Italian laws all areas inside Naples Villas' accommodation are designated NO SMOKING areas. You can, of course, smoke outdoors if you wish.

Are towels and linen provided at the accommodation?

All bedroom and bathroom linen is provided, unless otherwise stated within the property description. Bath towels are provided, usually one hand and one bath towel per person. You will need to take your own beach towels to use around the pool, unless otherwise stated within the property description. Cot linen is not provided; please ensure you take your own.

Is maid service provided?

Maid service varies at each individual property and can consist of preparation only with linen and towels as a minimum, to five days per week with daily towel change and weekly linen change. Some properties may charge for cleaning locally in resort, this will be specified within the property description.

Will an iron and ironing board be provided?

Generally all accommodation types will have iron and ironing boards.

Are hairdryers provided?

No, you will need to take your own, unless otherwise stated in the property description.

Will I need to take travel adaptor plugs?

Yes – the accommodation will be fitted with local plug sockets so you will need to provide your own adaptors for any electrical items you take with you.

If satellite TV is provided in the accommodation, which channels can I expect to receive?

It will be local satellite in the country that you are visiting. Limited English speaking channels are available – please do not expect the usual satellite channels you receive at home.

When is the pool heating available?

Heated pools are only available when stated in the relevant villa description and will be at an additional cost unless otherwise stated. Where operation is during the winter months, this is from 1 Nov until 30 Apr. Some exclusions/rental restrictions may apply in July/August. Most heated pools are electrically heated but some are solar-heated and the temperature of the pool will therefore depend on the weather conditions. In certain cases a charge will be incurred for this facility which may be payable locally or on your booking invoice. With regard to our villas in Florida, if you require a property with a private pool that can be heated (subject to availability) please inform us at the time of booking.
