"Our stay at Domus Le Postali was fabulous!"

The apartment is the ideal starting point for excursions in the area. All destinations can be easily reached by public transport. A folder with the timetables of all necessary connections is in the apartment. The large roof terrace and the proximity to the beach offer recreation. The apartment is spotless and Bianca and her family are very hospitable. The welcome was a fruit basket, tomatoes, different bags of pastries and a bottle of homemade Limoncello ready. We can fully recommend the apartment. Bianca, mille grazie per l'ospitalità! Angela and Andreas

"It's perfect ! We recommend".

We had a great time at Vico Equense. Bianca and her children are very hospitable, available and kind. The accommodation is very nice. The bed linen and towels are changed during the stay. The advice for the visits are numerous and the limoncello of the mother of Bianca is excellent. Very good communication also before the stay. Thanks a lot to you Alfonso for your disponibility and the great home. Our stay in your flat was perfect.

"We had a fabulous week in this lovely apartment on the beach in Vico!"

We (2 adults, 2 teenagers) had a fabulous week in this gorgeous apartment on the beach. The apartment was immaculate and Bianca (the owner) had very kindly left a basket full of goodies (biscuits, French toast, jams, etc...) on the side, including tea and coffee and juice, milk and fruit in the fridge and a bottle of Limoncello on the freezer, which was a lovely touch. The patio balcony had a large table and barbecue overlooking the beach as well as sun loungers and easy chairs. It is in a great location for visiting Herculaneum, Pompeii, and Sorrento as the circumvesuviana train is a 10-15 minute walk away (albeit up a very steep, cobbled hill!) We didn't hire a car for this reason and also as parking looks like it would be very difficult in the Marina. We managed the walk fine but I imagine very small children or elderly/infirm would find it difficult. There is a bus to take you up/down the hill every half hour and only costs €1.60. The beach is literally steps away, it is in a small bay and feels very safe with no big waves/tide and there are loads of sunbeds and parasols to hire as well as pedalo's. The owners, Bianca and Giovanni, were extremely hospitable and very kindly arranged a trip for us to Capri on a private boat (and Bianca kindly gave me some travel-gum as I am very prone to sea sickness!) which was brilliant and saved us having to go to Sorrento and join a large tour. Giovanni also took us to and from the Station with our luggage, which saved us getting a taxi. We hope to go back to Vico one day, (and much preferred it to Sorrento which was full of (mostly English) tourists!) as it is a hidden treasure along the coast and we had a great week. Finally, no visit to Vico is complete without a visit Pizza Metro in Vico where they serve pizza by the metre! Everything was just perfect, thank you!

"Definitely want to come back as soon as possible!"

Lovely spacious apartment located right by the beach with a fabulous large terrace. Recently renovated to a high standard, lovely cotton bed linen. Very clean and well presented. Owners kindly picked us up from the bus and dropped us back there. Vico Equense is a lovely little town, with a few nice restaurants and beaches. It is perfectly situated to explore the Amalfi coast and all the sites from a more relaxed base. Bianca arranged a boat trip to Capri for us which was wonderful.

"We will return again!"

This is the best place to be if you want combine sun and culture. Good and easy communication and Bianca and her family are the perfect hosts. We were picked up from the train station and after 5 minutes we were back in this wonderful apartment with its divine terrace directly at the beach. The beach costs 5 € per Lettino or Ombrellone and is perfect for children. The fridge was filled with all you need to survive the first days and in the freezer we found delicious home made Limoncello. Our breakfast we bought at the beach, the rest in the shops in the village, which is about 10-15 minutes walk and about 100 meters altitude away. Alternatively, you can take the buss that goes about every 30 minutes. Often, we cooked in the apartment, sometimes we ate at the local restaurants, always we spent our evenings on the terrace or at piazza Umberto. Our three children even enjoyed their daily Ice-cream at Gabriella. To put it in a nutshell, it was a perfect stay and we will definitely come back.

"Les propriétaires sont très très sympathiques."

Ils sont vraiment aux petits soins. Je recommande fortement cet établissement. L’endroit est très calme, juste au dessus d’une petite plage très sympa.

Lovely place

This is a lovely place with a beautiful terrace that overlooks the sea and backs against a forested cliff alive with birdsong. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean, as was the kitchen. People who stay here need to be prepared for a longish uphill walk to the main part of town but it is very beautiful so can be quite enjoyable. Thanks you so much for being so helpful, especially on that first day when we arrived in the rain and didn't want to walk with our luggage. Thanks also to Bianca and Gianni

If you decide to explore west part of Campania - Vico Equense is the right place to stay. If you don’ like to drive and prefer to give a glass of wine, you easily can travel by train Circumvesuviana, which is 15 minutes walk from the apartment and go to Sorrento, Napoli or Pompeii. The apartment is spacy, very clean and newly equipped, but the best part is of course terrace. It is large, overlooking the beach, with big family table and beach chairs - perfect to have breakfast or enjoy the sunbath. The place is really quite, 20 mt. from the beach. Bianca and her family are very friendly and helpful, and welcome snacks and homemade Limoncello is a just perfect start if stay, especially if you arrive late in the evening. Especially thanks Alfonso for taking care of our arrival.

"Lovely apartment, fantastic Location for all sights, superb hostess"

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment which overlooks the little beach in Vico Equense. Bianca and her family were extremely friendly and approachable and made us feel most welcome, without being intrusive. The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our 10-day stay. The location was perfect as a base to visit this beautiful Region of Italy. During our stay, we visited Pompeii, Naples, Sorrento, Herculaneum and Vesuvius and would return at the end of the day to enjoy a drink on the large balcony overlooking the quiet bay. We hired a car but the local train station is within 20 minutes walk (up to a steep but scenic hill). The train will take you to all main sights. Upon arrival in Vico Equense, we arranged to meet Bianca and her son at the station and they guided us to the apartment, a few minutes drive away, which all went very smoothly. Plenty still to explore in the area and we would definitely love to return. Thank you, Bianca, for a wonderful stay!
