We enjoyed a short walk to anything and everything. It's proximity to the city was terrific while still being "private" and away from it all. It was very clean and well appointed. Our host, Mena, greeted us upon arrival and was close by if we needed anything. She was delightful and available but never intrusive. This was the most memorable trip that we have ever taken. There were 10 of us, ages 7 months and 25 to 60 years. Bellisimo seems to be an understatement.

We stayed here on a family trip to Southern Italy. The place is quite amazing and huge. It more than comfortably accommodated the seven of us. We enjoyed the villa for its location. It provides a very central point for seeing: Sorrento, Naples, Vesuvius, Pompei, Herculaneum, Capri and all towns on the Amalfi Coast. It's a 5 minute walk to the center of Sorrento, 7 minutes to Marina Piccola (where all boats/ferries depart/arrive). The train and bus station is only a 5 minute walk as well. Sorrento is a very lively town with tons to do and with plenty of nice nightlife... your walk back to the Villa would be easy and not far at all. Sorrento itself is a lovely town with lots and lots to do. If you are having trouble setting up activities, the local managers is always more than happy to help direct you to reputable tour agencies, restaurants and drivers. They will even help arrange a private chef, an experience I can not recommend highly enough. I would absolutely consider staying here again and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area with their family. It's a perfect getaway and/or rendezvous spot.

Just returned from a week stay at Villa Bellissima, couldn't imagine a more perfect place to stay in Sorrento. The Villa's manager, warmly greeted us and oriented our group of four couples to the home. The Villa was complete with a gourmet kitchen, five lovely bedrooms with nicely appointed bathrooms, two large dining areas, indoor gym, beautifully appointed in all areas, especially the large living rooms with lots of light, artwork, and furnishings you'd imagine in a luxury villa. Lots of room for a large group of 8-10 people, perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. The Villa is in a great location, our group was able to easily walk to old town, port, and bus/train station. Gated and secure, there was space to park a rental car. An outdoor pool and several lounge chairs made for a nice area to enjoy the spectacular Sorrento weather. Daily maid service provided villa clean up and laundry for our week, which was so appreciated. The manager available at all times to assist in travel plans if needed. We had several day trips already planned and the local manager had some wonderful dinner suggestions for us and also arranged some local transports to our day trips. We so enjoyed our stay in Sorrento, and the Villa Bellissima was such a lovely and memorable “home base” for our week of exploring the Amalfi coast. We will be back, and stay again!
