Villa San Francesco Mare is a beautiful, large multi-storey villa located just on the outskirts of Vico Equense. It is 500 metres squared and can sleep up to 12 people. It features a private 150-metre squared terrace with a stunning view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning and WIFI internet access.

From Villa San Francesco Mare, you will enjoy a wonderful panorama of the sea and the coastline. There is a restaurant, a pizzeria and a local shop just a stone’s throw away. At Villa San Francesco Mare, you are 7 minutes’ drive from Seiano train station, where you can catch the train to Pompeii, Naples and Sorrento. There is also a bus stop nearby connecting the station and the centre of Vico Equense in just a few minutes. The beach is only approximately 10 minutes’ drive down the hill. It is the perfect location for families or a group of friends looking for a mix of a beach and sightseeing holiday.

Villa San Francesco Mare is accessible through the main gate where there is a terrace with breath-taking views of the sea and the coastline. Use the BBQ and dine ‘al fresco’ with the Bay of Naples as your backdrop. There is some outdoor furniture.

The whole villa is fenced and gated and is completely private for your exclusive use.

Due to its location, you will not need a car to stay at Villa San Francesco Mare. Alternatively, if you have one, you can park it in a secure car park just by the entrance.

Thank you very much!

The owner welcomed us very friendly. We (me and 5 friends) were on our way from Rome even an hour late and the owner and we stood in contact via cell phone. We had a navigator otherwise the owner would have described us the route. We found it without problems. There the manager led us through the house and explained us everything we needed to know. The House that flies over the Gulf is wonderful with a large terrace. The view was amazing. Also, he suggested us many things that we could do around the place. During the week it was no problem to contact him if we had any questions. We had a great time in Vico Equense, Sorrento and Positano.

I would definitely stay again if in the area

We had a wonderful stay at the house and used it as a base for exploring Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano, Pompei and Vesuvius (all within a relatively short drive). The terrace in particular is a great place to sit and enjoy the views over the Bay of Naples both night and day. The owner was away but was very helpful in arranging someone to meet us at the house and giving us lots of tips for the area.

Super nice and helpful hosts

In line with the reviews previously made on this accommodation: he hosted us several hours earlier than agreed, due to our misunderstanding. The house is a beautiful combination of new and refurbished spaces (bathrooms, living room and kitchen) and other more "older" but very tasteful elements. The view of the gulf from the terrace alone is probably worth the entire cost of accommodation, absolutely. Recommended for a holiday dedicated to relaxation and tranquility.
