'White Emotion Villa'
A recent, elegant construction in the classic style, in the village of Colli di S. Pietro, along the panoramic road which leads to Positano and continues on the entire Amalfi coast and is at only 7 km from Sorrento. The villa is on the cliff face, in an extremely peaceful spot, overlooking the sea, 'Li Galli' islands and the Gulf of Positano and surrounded by a fenced garden. White Emotion Villa is a residence of considerable architectural prestigue: the interiors are with white marble staircase and spacious halls; the fine furnishings also include antiques. From the villa you can reach the sea via a 3km path down the cliffs. It is ideally situated for excursions to the most important sight-seeing destinations along the coastline and to the island of Capri.
The villa's two floors are characterised by panoramic terraces, on one of which there is a 4 x 11 mt swimming pool. It is fully accessorised with a telephone, central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, satellite TV and air-conditioning in the bedrooms. On the ground floor there is an entrance with staircase in marble which leads to the first floor with a living-room with fireplace, dining-room, kitchen, toilet, terrace. On the first floor there is one double bedroom with ensuite; another 2 double bedrooms each with a bathroom. Accessible from the terrace, there is another double bedroom with a third single bed and bathroom. The villa is surrounded by a large terrace with swimming-pool, sun-bathing area and shower. All of the bedrooms have access to the panoramic sea view terrace.
