Vouchers of any demonination are for bookings through Naples Villas.co.uk only.
Where vouchers are used for accommodation, they are only reedemable on selected accommodation and there is a minimum number of nights stay for a minimum number of people (see individual vouchers for further details).
Vouchers are not reedemable for cash, nor are they accumaliable.
Vouchers can be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
Vouchers can only be used on the following:
Vouchers can be used as full or part payment towards any holiday, flight, accommodation or any other travel service through Naples Villas.co.uk
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, travellers cheques or foreign currency.
If the value of your booking is less than the total value of your vouchers you will not be able to use the voucher for that booking.
Any refund associated with your booking will be in vouchers, to the extent that the vouchers were used to pay. Where payment was made in cash and vouchers, and the refund is less than original payment, the cash portion of the payment will be retained before any part of the vouchers.
Vouchers are transferable to anyone.
We cannot accept responsibility for vouchers posted to us and advise the use of special delivery or sending the voucher as an attachment online.
