A3 motorway Napoli - Salerno, exit at Vietri sul Mare. Go along the SS163 towards the Costiera Amalfitana; the villa is on your right after about 15 km, after the Restaurant Il Faro di Capo dOrso and Cannaverde.
From South:
A3 motorway Salerno - Reggio Calabria, take the Salerno exit; follow the signs for Costiera Amalfitana along the SS163. The villa is on your right after about 15 km, after the Restaurant Il Faro di Capo dOrso and Cannaverde.
By train:
The nearest train station is Salerno; there is a SITA bus from Salerno to Amalfi that takes you to the Cannaverde bus stop. Ask the driver to stop in front of the Villa Torre di Maiori or Hotel Villa Pandora.
By plane:
From the Napoli Capodichino International Airport take a train to Salerno train station.
From Salerno catch the bus to Amalfi, get off at the Cannaverde bus stop.
Otherwise, at your request, there is a transfer service from the airport to the villa (extra charges will apply).

By ferry boat (by sea):
In the summer there are ferries and hydrofoils that starts from Molo Beverello in Naples and Piazza della Concordia in Salerno to reach the Amalfi coast.
Local buses run between the airport and the town.
There are always local taxis available - the fare should be no more than 60 euros. Also, book your transfer with us for special discounted prices.

Like other towns on the Amalfi Coast, Maiori was part of the ancient maritime republic of Amalfi.
With its 42 kilometre stretch of gently sloping coastline and white pebbled-beaches, the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento Riviera are an 'earthly paradise' with breathtaking beauty.
AMALFI COAST: One of Italy's most spectacular coastlines begins after Sorrento, runs through Positano and continues until it reaches Amalfi. Looking along the tall cliffs and down into the sapphire sea, takes your breath away.
SORRENTO: Sorrento offers wonderful views of the entire bay of Naples and the Island of Capri. There are beautiful beaches, bars surrounding Piazza Tasso, great shops and a fragrant citrus purfume from near-by trees.Sorrento has narrow streets and quiet squares, like Piazza Tasso which is brimming with excellent restaurants, bars and cafιs. There are many trendy shops from one-off boutiques to top names including Max Mara, Gucci and Armani. From Sorrento you can take coaches or hovercrafts to Amalfi, Positano, Ischia and Capri.
POSITANO: A vibrant village with narrow, colourful buildings which cascade like a waterfall down a vertiginous hill to the sea. Positano's town centre meanders down to the waterfront, where a profusion of cafes, bars and restaurants sell fresh seafood. The beach air is filled with the perfume of orange, almond blossom and jasmine.
AMALFI: Once the most important trading port in the southern Italy, Amalfi is in the ravine of the Mulini Valley, its churches, towers and arcaded houses rising above the small harbour. The town's Duomo dominates a long flight of steps and embraces a picturesque piazza stretching to its seafront. A wonderful contrast between fine beaches in front and tall cliffs behind.
CAPRI: Capri offers panormamic vistas at every turn, picturesque eateries with local seafood and blue grottos hidden under the limestone cliffs. A trip to Capri is ideal for a one-day excursion from Sorrento with the hydrofoil. Capri is, unquestionably, the holiday princess of the Italian islands: idyllic and rugged with its shimmering Blue Grotto and cliffs that descend down into the sea. Capri has trendy jewellery shops and designer boutiques.
POMPEII & VESUVIUS: Pompeii is one of the most important Roman archaeological sites in the world and Vesuvius is the only active volcano in Europe. Pompeii and Herculaneum are cities buried by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD and re-discovered in the 18th century. It is possible to drive to 3,200 feet and then trek to its summit to enjoy the mesmerising views of the entire gulf of Naples.

Villa Torre di Maiori has its own staff - experts in organising activities such as tours, boat rentals, car transfers as well as looking after your every need during your stay at the property. Every room is air-conditioned, with its own direct telephone line, satellite TV and internet connection. Villa Torre di Maiori is the perfect answer for those seeking to organize large family reunions, weddings or original corporate events.
Belvedere: This building is just below the car park is for the exclusive use of the villa's staff who live on the premises.
Canonica (sleeps 8+1):
100 steps up from the car park, this independent building is located next to the swimming pool and has several terraces with wicker chairs/loungers. This residence has a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a large kitchen which includes an electric oven, a barbeque and a covered veranda with a dining area with a table large enough to seat 20 people. There is also a guest WC. The Canonica is built on three levels: The top level houses with the swimming pool area, showers and the large, panoramic solarium. The middle level has a terrace and outdoor, but shaded, dining area (seating up to 20) and one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
The lower level features a living room with fireplace, kitchen (with stairs up to the second level), and three double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms with showers.
Torre (Sleeps 10/11):
190 steps (up and down) from the car park, this Saracen Tower has a large terrace with a table in Vietri ceramics with chairs. Access to the tower is across a large flat area. The main door opens onto a spacious living room with dining table. Stairs lead down to a lower level with one double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
From here there is access to further three terraces. Steps from the living room lead to two double bedrooms that share a bathroom with shower. Here there is also another terrace and two more double bedrooms which share a bathroom with shower and another terrace. From the tower there is also a private path down to the sea with a small furnished patio at the edge of the water.
Further detailed description of the Torre:
It is built on 4 levels:
Ground Floor: Entering here, you will find a living room with a fireplace and a dining room with a table for about 15 people. The dining room has a sea view.
Lower ground floor: The kitchenette, which includes an electric oven, has access to the terrace, a furnished area with room for outdoor dining. This floor also includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. First floor: Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 cm); one of the rooms includes a fireplace. They share a bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. There is also a panoramic, sea-view terrace where you can access the second floor. Second floor: Up a set of external stairs, you will find two more bedrooms. The first has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a loft with a single bed. It also has a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm). This floor also has a wonderful sunbathing terrace with a sea view.
It is possible to rent the Torre or the Canonica separately or both together. Even if you only rent part of the villa, it will still be exclusively for you.

Villa Torre di Maiori is a converted SaracenTower which has dominated the Amalfi Coast for centuries and stands guard over the Mediterranean as though in perennial salute. In previous times, such towers acted as fortified look-outs to prevent raids by sea-borne invaders and pirates. Today, the private land surrounding this unique, romantic property sweeps down from the coastal road to the sea just two miles south of the fishing village of Maiori.
As well as the converted Saracen Tower, Villa Torre di Maiori has a further accommodation unit built above the tower, called Canonica. The Canonica and the Tower are linked by magnificent outdoor pathways and steps within a perfectly kept Mediterranean garden. RESTAURANTS: You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, where you will find restaurants, shops and the SITA bus stop. You really are spoilt for choice! Wherever you go you can sample genuine local dishes and wines prepared according to tradition from fine wines, pasta and fish dishes to original Italian pizzas.
You can enjoy a pizza and an Italian beer or glass of wine for less than £10 a head. Alternatively, you can experience the delicious, freshly caught seafood and more up market restaurants, which offer a range of pasta and seafood specialities.
