Villa Mariella is in an excellent location in the centre of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, in the heart of Sorrento Peninsula, just 6 km away from Sorrento's historical centre.
With its 42 kilometre stretch of gently sloping coastline and white pebbled-beaches, the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento Riviera are an 'earthly paradise' with breathtaking beauty.
SORRENTO: Sorrento offers wonderful views of the entire bay of Naples and the Island of Capri. There are beautiful beaches, bars surrounding Piazza Tasso, great shops and a fragrant citrus purfume from near-by trees.Sorrento has narrow streets and quiet squares, like Piazza Tasso which is brimming with excellent restaurants, bars and cafés. There are many trendy shops from one-off boutiques to top names including Max Mara, Gucci and Armani. From Sorrento you can take coaches or hovercrafts to Amalfi, Positano, Ischia and Capri.
AMALFI COAST: One of Italy's most spectacular coastlines begins after Sorrento, runs through Positano and continues until it reaches Amalfi. Looking along the tall cliffs and down into the sapphire sea, takes your breath away.
POSITANO: A vibrant village with narrow, colourful buildings which cascade like a waterfall down a vertiginous hill to the sea. Positano's town centre meanders down to the waterfront, where a profusion of cafes, bars and restaurants sell fresh seafood. The beach air is filled with the perfume of orange, almond blossom and jasmine.
AMALFI: Once the most important trading port in the southern Italy, Amalfi is in the ravine of the Mulini Valley, its churches, towers and arcaded houses rising above the small harbour. The town's Duomo dominates a long flight of steps and embraces a picturesque piazza stretching to its seafront. A wonderful contrast between fine beaches in front and tall cliffs behind.
CAPRI: Capri offers panormamic vistas at every turn, picturesque eateries with local seafood and blue grottos hidden under the limestone cliffs. A trip to Capri is ideal for a one-day excursion from Sorrento with the hydrofoil. Capri is, unquestionably, the holiday princess of the Italian islands: idyllic and rugged with its shimmering Blue Grotto and cliffs that descend down into the sea. Capri has trendy jewellery shops and designer boutiques.
POMPEII & VESUVIUS: Pompeii is one of the most important Roman archaeological sites in the world and Vesuvius is the only active volcano in Europe. Pompeii and Herculaneum are cities buried by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD and re-discovered in the 18th century. It is possible to drive to 3,200 feet and then trek to its summit to enjoy the mesmerising views of the entire gulf of Naples.

More information about Villa Mariella
Villa Mariella is surrounded by a lovely garden with plants and lemon trees. The pool has sun loungers and hot water shower. Outside you will also find a barbecue, terrace with tables and chairs and play area for children.
The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests and, due to its large spaces and fittings, it is child friendly so it is ideal for families with children or small groups of friends who want a relaxing holiday.
All of the rooms are tastefully furnished with a style and ambiance typical of Sorrento and the Peninsula.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) by 7 meters (23 feet) and is 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Living Room
The living room is on the ground floor and has comfortable furnishings which include: two sofas, a lovely fireplace and a dining table which can accommodate eight guests. There is also satellite TV, a DVD player and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you can access the terrace/patio via French doors.
Kitchen
The kitchen is on the ground floor and is accessible from the living room via a saloon style door. It is well equipped with: a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is also a table to seat four guests. From the kitchen there are also French doors which will take you outside onto the terrace by the swimming pool.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
The bedroom is located on the ground floor and is 9 metres squared. Bedroom 1 is accessible from the living toom and has comfortable furnishings in a simplistic style. There is a large double bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a window with views of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit and has an en-suite bathroom equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

The bedroom is located on the top floor and is accessible from the corridor. The room has a double bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and access onto a small balcony through a French door. Villa Mariella is a welcoming two-story villa, which sleeps up to 12 people, located in the centre of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi. It is approximately 230 metres squared with a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private garden, air conditioning and heating. Villa Mariella is near to the shops and restaurants in Sant' Agata which means that hiring a car is not essential. Also, it is within walking distance to public transport therefore enabling easy access to the area's main tourist attractions.
