The villa is in the Massa Lubrense district less than 1 km from the centre of S. Agata sui due Golfi, in a very panoramic position with views of the sea and of 'Li Galli' islands.
The property consists of a villa and two annexes. One annex has a double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and the other is divided into 2 independent suites; one with a double bedroom and bathroom, the other with a double bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. All have access from the veranda looking onto the large courtyard which leads to the swimming pool. There are efficient stoves for heating, if necessary.
Inside the villa, there are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen and lounge. The villa has excellent quality furniture, and is equipped with telephone (only for incoming calls), stereo with CD player, and heating: in the villa there is central heating but no air conditioning as the villa stays cool in summer and its position means that it is well ventilated. The nearest beach is at Marina del Cantone, where you will find a restaurants and bars, and where you can hire sunshades and deck-chairs. From S. Agata, by car, Sorrento is about 15 minutes away, and so is the road that winds along the whole of the Amalfi Coast, going through Positano and carrying on as far as Amalfi. There are many excellent restaurants in the area, some of which are famous internationally. Nearest town: Sorrento Distance: 9 km
With its 42 kilometre stretch of gently sloping coastline and white pebbled-beaches, the Amalfi Coast is an 'earthly paradise' with breathtaking beauty.
AMALFI COAST: One of Italy's most spectacular coastlines begins after Sorrento, runs through Positano and continues until it reaches Amalfi. Looking along the tall cliffs and down into the sapphire sea, takes your breath away.
POSITANO: A vibrant village with narrow, colourful buildings which cascade like a waterfall down a vertiginous hill to the sea. Positano's town centre meanders down to the waterfront, where a profusion of cafes, bars and restaurants sell fresh seafood. The beach air is filled with the perfume of orange, almond blossom and jasmine.
AMALFI: Once the most important trading port in the southern Italy, Amalfi is in the ravine of the Mulini Valley, its churches, towers and arcaded houses rising above the small harbour. The town's Duomo dominates a long flight of steps and embraces a picturesque piazza stretching to its seafront. A wonderful contrast between fine beaches in front and tall cliffs behind.
SORRENTO: Sorrento offers wonderful views of the entire bay of Naples and the Island of Capri. There are beautiful beaches, bars surrounding Piazza Tasso, great shops and a fragrant citrus purfume from near-by trees.Sorrento has narrow streets and quiet squares, like Piazza Tasso which is brimming with excellent restaurants, bars and cafés. There are many trendy shops from one-off boutiques to top names including Max Mara, Gucci and Armani. From Sorrento you can take coaches or hovercrafts to Amalfi, Positano, Ischia and Capri.
CAPRI: Capri offers panormamic vistas at every turn, picturesque eateries with local seafood and blue grottos hidden under the limestone cliffs. A trip to Capri is ideal for a one-day excursion from Sorrento with the hydrofoil. Capri is, unquestionably, the holiday princess of the Italian islands: idyllic and rugged with its shimmering Blue Grotto and cliffs that descend down into the sea. Capri has trendy jewellery shops and designer boutiques.
POMPEII & VESUVIUS: Pompeii is one of the most important Roman archaeological sites in the world and Vesuvius is the only active volcano in Europe. Pompeii and Herculaneum are cities buried by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD and re-discovered in the 18th century. It is possible to drive to 3,200 feet and then trek to its summit to enjoy the mesmerising views of the entire gulf of Naples.

How to reach us :
By Car: Whether travelling from north or south, exit the A3 Naples-Salerno motorway at Castellamare and follow the signs for the Penisola Sorrentina / Sorrento. 750 metres after the square in Meta di Sorrento, turn left in the direction of Positano and continue for a further 3 miles, until you come to the sign for Sant'Agata (turn right). Once in Sant’Agata, turn left down the high street (Corso Sant'Agata) and continue for 300 metres, until you come to the property which is up a lane on the left.
By Train: Upon arrival at Napoli Centrale Station, take a Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento. At Sorrento station, take a SITA line bus to Sant’Agata sui due Golfi. The bus stop is 300 metres away from the property.
By Air: From Naples Capodichino Airport (38 miles away), take a Curreri line bus to Sorrento and get off at the railway station. Now take a SITA line bus to Sant’Agata sui due Golfi

Villa La Quiete consists of the ground floor with an entrance which leads to 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower and to a small room with a single bed with access to the panoramic terrace. The lower ground floor of the villa consists of a dining room, a living room with access to the garden, a kitchen, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with the bath-tub.
The garden has a barbecue, a wood-burning oven and a pergola to eat 'al fresco' whilst admiring the stunning views. Whoever chooses to make Ville La Quiete their base for an exciting holiday can be sure of beautiful landscapes and first-rate artistic and gastronomic attractions (A supreme dinner at the famous 'Don Alfonso' is a must!).
In the main annex, there are 2 independent suites, one of which has a double bedroom with bathroom (with shower) and the other suite consists of a living room with a single sofa-bed, a kitchen, a double bedroom with direct access to the living room , a bathroom with shower and the laundry.
In the second annex, there is a double bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.

RESTAURANTS: You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, where you will find restaurants, shops and the SITA bus stop. You really are spoilt for choice! Wherever you go you can sample genuine local dishes and wines prepared according to tradition from fine wines, pasta and fish dishes to original Italian pizzas.
