This property is situated between the villages of Nerano and Marina del Cantone, in a gorgeous position, only 500 metres from the beach. Nerano is an important village in Amalfi and Sorrento Coast, famous for the beauty of its sea bed, the submarine coves and for the typical restaurants on the beach facing the sea. Its position offers the privilege of being able to choose between numerous beaches, like the nearest Bay of the Recommone and of the Marina del Cantone, where it is possible to sunbathe or to taste a typical dinner made up of fresh fish. The Mediterranean vegetation which encircles the villa harmoniously melts in with the characteristic elements of the property, creating an atmosphere worthy of a postcard. The view of the near bay leaves you breathless, but also the rest of the landscape is worth admiring.

The wide solarium/sun deck, with beach lounge chairs and a shower, enables you to sunbathe in total relaxation. Moreover, a series of details such as corals and lamps recall the colours and the elements of the sea for a simple holiday but full of luxury.
The accommodation is on the first floor and has its own terrace equipped with furniture. There are lovely panoramic views of the sea, the swimming pool and the surrounding area.

This is a self catering villa which can be rented as 1 whole villa for 14 people with private terrace and pool. Alternatively, as this villa is on two floors, it can be rented as two separate villas for up to 7 people in each. Therefore the possibility of sharing the pool and terrace with people renting the other villa.
You can enjoy a wonderful holiday and really appreciate the beautiful landscapes, the fascinating scents, the ancient tastes and traditions and the exciting culture which make this part of the coast one of the most precious pearls of the Mediterranean!
It is ideally situated for excursions to the most important centres along the coastline and to the island of Capri.

The apartment is 120 metres squared and is situated on the first floor of the villa. It boasts sea views of the spectacular the Bay of Nerano and can accommodate up to 8 people. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two with a Jacuzzi, a kitchen, wide hall with a double sofa bed and terraces with stunning sea views of 'Marina del Cantone' bay.
The furnishings, made from natural materials such as wood, ceramics, linen and cotton, are characterised by the warm and luminous tones that give a unique and relaxing atmosphere. The sitting room is an open space, in which wide windows and glass doors give you fabulous views of the sea and the Amalfi Coastline.
