Cancellation: In case of cancellation within 28 days the deposit will not be refunded.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total cost will be charged.

This partments is ideally located in the hills of Sorrento. It provides the compromise between the tranquil hills above Sorrento, but it is close enough to reach Sorrento, which has great restaurants, shopping and beaches. Also, from Sorrento you can access the boats to the islands of Capri and Ischia and transport to Pompeii, Positano and Amalfi.
A four roomed terraced house, which is 90 m2 on 2 levels with partly sloping ceilings. Villa Incanto was fully renovated in 2007 with nice and cosy furnishings including: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofa bed and TV, 1 double bedroom, shower room and toilet and Kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, washing machine) with dining table and access to the terrace. On the lower ground floor: an entrance hall, 1 room with 2 single beds and a second shower room and toilet. We did something we never do...
We went to the same place two summers in a row! This residence in Piano de Sorrento is absolutely breathtaking, reasonably priced, clean, and family run (Hats off to Antonio and his sister!). It is comprised of eight to ten apartments which have access to beautiful terraces overlooking the Sorrentino coastline. Some of the apartments are even lucky enough to have a private terrace. There is an amazing pool about 200m up the road which overlooks the coastline as well. There are many smaller beaches in the area that are perfect for children learning to swim. There's a family run grocery store at the start of the turn-off for the house with lots of goodies to eat. Make sure that you know where to turn off; it is easy to miss. Watch for the signs! A car is necessary, but well worth it.
