Lorna Stout (UK) - Villa on Sorrento Coastline - July 2010 - Villa Giada
Hello Alfonso,
I just wanted to send you a quick email about our holiday in Sorrento at the villa. I think I can say for all of us that we had an amazing time!!  The villa and garden is fantastic, the pictures do not do it justice.  The views from the villa are simply incredible, far better than any of us could have imagined.  How did you manage to arrange such fantastic weather for us as well??!!  We were surprised that the climate was so hot yet not humid.  It was great to meet Alfredo and (I assume) his wife, they were lovely and the pizza school was great fun, although we were all well and truly 'stuffed' by the time we had finished, in fact we had to save some of the pizzas for the next day - they were still good even then!
Alfredo said that you are in Italy for a holiday so I hope you have a good time, it may be better when you get back but when we got back to the UK it was grey, wet and miserable.  In fact I think that is probably the only complaint about our hols in Italy - just not long enough!!
Anyway, thanks to you all for your help,
Take Care
Kind regards
Lorna Stout

Le Sirene has everything you could wish for........Alfonso Massa from Naples Villas recommended this location to us.  Our stay in paradise began with a little boat from Le Sirene hotel which picked us up from Positano and took us to the Spiaggia Laurito where the hotel Le Sirene is also located. We checked into a stunning room...fresh, bright colours with views of the sea from the bed and the room's balcony.  Then were we given our own sun loungers and umbrella right by the sea.  For a late lunch, we devoured a seafood platter from Le Sirene's restaurant - all fresh, locally caught fish, before rejoining our sun loungers on the beach.  We swam until the sun started to go down.  Unbeknown to us, Alfonso Massa (Naples Villas) had ordered a romantic table for dinner right on the beach! With waves lapping near our feet, we enjoyed the most delicious meal of seafood starters following by gnocchi and then scrumpscous puddings. This was all by candlelight in the most romantic place on earth.....paradise!

After a restful night's sleep, we enjoyed an abundant, wide ranging continental breakfast on Le Sirene's terrace. The rest of the day was spent on the little Laurito beach enjoying the turquoise sea and soaking up the sun from our loungers.

Le Sirene staff were friendly, the price was excellent and the service second to none. I cannot recommend this place enough and thank you to Alfonso Massa from Naples Villas for suggesting it. Le Sirene has it all - stunning views, a perfect beach, friendly staff, welcoming rooms, delicious food and most importantly tranquility. A perfect place in paradise!

Sue and Nigel (UK)
Once again Alfonso has provided us with excellent service. He patiently changed dates and hotels when our flights were reschedules and found us the best deals on car hire. for our 12 days in Sardinia in early April.

Sue and Nigel (UK) - Frascati
Dear Alfonso (and Diana)
Thank you for helping us to organise our trip to Frascati and Rome.
Everything went very smoothly and we had a lovely time. I can highly recommend the Hotel Flora and Inis? sends her best wishes to Alf!!
We ate in the Ara Anua restaurant as recommnede by Francesca. The food was amazing but massive portions! The first time we shared an antipasto and had a steak each but couldn't eat it all. The second time we shared the antipasto and the steak but still struggled with it all!!
We had a really warm sunny week so it's not pleasant to come home to today's weather! It will be even worse going back to work tomorrow.
We are thinking of going to sardinia next year so may be in touch again!
Sue and Nigel xx

Steven - La Taverna del Leone
It was a fantastic weekend. Everything went well and we are very happy, the choices Alfonso helped us to make ensured we had a great time.
The property is very beautiful and scenic, also we enjoyed brilliant sunshine and warmth. The rooms were beautiful and even the breakfast buffet had a huge choice of both sweet and savoury food of a high quality.
Me and my brother, Andrew, didn't think twice about diving into the sea after the long flight of steps to reach the beach.
I have no words to describe the restaurant: EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL AND NICE FOOD SIMPLY SUPERB. They even gave us a great discount on the price, which surprised us all.
I thank you again Alfonso for everything you did for us, it was a weekend that will remain in the history of our family.

Hereford, (United Kingdom) - Aequa Hotel
The Aequa Hotel is in an ideal situation in Vico Equense, being a short walk to the train and bus station, close to shops and restaurants. There is a great ice cream parlour just the other side of the town square open late into the night, great for an after dinner extravagance! The reataurant next door is good for local specialities, and there are other choices nearby. We did book a taxi one night but thought that 15euros each way was a bit expensive for a short ride. The staff in the hotel all speak excellent english and can tell you all about the local area. They are extremely helpful. The room was adequate with a good firm bed. The bathroom is basic with very thin towels. However the balcony was to die for with its view over the bay of Naples to Vesuvius. We had a table and chairs and two sun loungers. We had a free safe in the wardrobe, and TV with english news channels. Breakfast is good with plenty of fruit, yoghurts and croissants, but poor orange juice. Cooked food is also available. The swimming pool is wonderful with free comfortable sunbeds, but closes between 1 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. We did not try the local beaches as they seemed expensive when we had a good pool at the hotel. I would not recommend this town for anyone with small children who perhaps prefer a sandy beach.
This hotel does suit adults who enjoy walking, italian food and mixing with the locals.
If we ever return to this area this is where we would stay.

Martin Turner (UK) - Aequa Hotel
Thank you Alfonso for finding us the perfect Hotel for a realxing holiday on the Sorrento Peninsula. Everyone at the Aequa Hotel was helpful and kind. Vico Equense is so much better than Sorrento, without tourists and the associated paraphenalia. The pool at the Aequa is excellent and the local shops and Restaurants are wonderful. My wife and I enjoyed walking, although it would not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. The public transport is good for getting around but can get crowded at times. Thanks again for a great holiday.

Clive (USA) - Aequa Hotel
This was our first trip to Europe from the USA and we stayed at this hotel in September 2005 for two nights. We had a most wonderful time. Would return and stay longer. This hotel had good value for the money. The hotel was quaint and clean and the desk was most helpful. Rooms were large and they showed us what the choices would be before we booked the rooms for the nights. Ask for a room facing the Bay of Naples and you will discover that you won't want to leave the room. The views are magnificent. Those rooms had large balconies with chairs and small tables. I can see it now! We were lucky to be there when the hotel was used for two weddings - a wedding each night we were there. It was so beautiful! We ate only breakfast in the hotel and sampled local restaurants. The hotel breakfast is decent. There were English tourists there and they didn't think highly of the buffet. I couldn't understand their complaints until we went to London this year and saw what an english breakfast could be.
Location is excellent - close to the train and there is a parking garage if you are driving....I am going on and on and must stop.
But i do have such great memories of this hotel!

Julie (Australia) - Aequa Hotel
Just returned from a stay at this hotel and I agree with the other comments. We didn't have a view of the bay but did have a balconey. The room was spacious and we even had a bath, not all rooms do. The staff are helpful and friendly and the food was satisfactory. In terms of breakfast it was above standards for European breakfasts and different from English breakfasts.
It is close to the trains and the shopping is not to bad, however a trip to Sorrento to shop is a great way to spend the late afternoon and night.
Hope you enjoy the hotel as much as we did.

Sandra (New Zeland) - Aequa Hotel
We stayed at the Hotel Aequa     a few years ago and enjoyed it a great deal for its location, its big pool and its view. The key to this hotel is to get a room with a view of the bay/pool. It was a good place to stay with kids because of the pool, and because of the easy access to beach and town. Our room looked out on Mt. Vesuvius and had a small balcony. The location was ideal. A quick bus ride took you down to a lovely beach. There was small fee to sit on the beach, but you got a deck chair and there were peddle boats to rent. It was an idyllic -- and not crowded beach. The hotel is in town, so you can just walk out and stroll around. There was a great, inexpensive pizza place next door. You could easily walk to the Circumvesuviano, a small commuter train that takes you to Pompei, Sorrento, or Naples. The trains ran regularly, and were cheap, so transportation was not an issue. The staff was friendly. The downside, as another reviewer said, was the food, but we only ate there once. We found fun little restaurants and ice cream stores that were easy to walk to. I found it relaxing because there was nothing you simply had to see in the town, nothing you had to buy but the village was friendly and charming. Very low key.

Giorgie (UK) - Aequa Hotel
Just had a weeks stay here as acomodation for a Naples Villas Package. Well sitauted for all sites in the Bay of Naples with easy communications by Road, Rail, Bus. Excellent facilities comfortable rooms good food & wliing profesional staff who looked after us well.
Highly recommended.
My wife and I have just returned from a Naples Villas tour of the Bay of Naples area and we were based for a week at the Hotel Aequa in Vico Equense. Vico was a good base, full of life (and, of course, noise, this being Italy) and, in September at least, there were few tourists around, giving a very authentic Italian experience, especially in the narrow back streets and squares near the cathedral overlooking the sea. Most tours seem to be based in Sorrento which I am sure has its delights but is almost certainly full of tourists.
The Hotel is well placed - turn right for 200 yards to the main square, Piazza Umberto 1 with several delightful cafes from which to watch the world (and the inevitable traffic!) go by, or turn left downhill for 5 minutes to the Circumvesuviana railway station from which for 1 euro 30 you can reach Naples, Sorrento or the Pompeii station (200 yards from the site entrance). The hotel has a lovely pool, gardens and a charming, spacious and shaded terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The staff are friendly, willing and speak English. The hotel does seem popular for weddings - there were two when we were there and for the second on our day of departure a chef prepared amazing sculptures and displays out of carved pumpkins, melons, and other fruits that were really works of art; fortunately the wedding we experienced fully finished by early evening so noise was not a problem.

Mr and Ms Britt (UK) - Aequa Hotel
Firstly, Alfonso, thank you very much we had a wonderful time!
Secondly, I have been very honest in this response and this is to do with our connection. If you were someone that I did not know I probably would have just given a bland response, so please forgive me if this is not acceptable to you.
Vico Equense is a lovely place and the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful, the rooms clean and well presented. We had the magnificent sea view that I had requested and transportation was easy as the station was only down the road. Our only criticism would be about the lunch.Breakfast was good and offered a variety of different dishes to cater for the international preferences. However we chose to have lunch there one day and were very disappointed. The pasta was under-cooked and the salmon and vegetables were over-cooked. Maybe the chef was having a bad day! Everywhere else that we had eaten in Vico the food had been excellent.
However the travelling to and from Pozzuoli from here took four hours each time and as it was the purpose of our visit we felt that we were a long way from our destination.Pozzuoli was very different from Vico Equense, much to do and see here and boat trips from the harbour to various islands. It felt more authentically Italian as less locals spoke English and although there were many visitors passing through, it still didn't feel geared up to the tourist trade quite as much as Sorrento or the places on the other side of the bay. We certainly would suggest finding a hotel here for you to recommend. The historic sites and volcanoes are all here within walking distance, albeit a long walk, but not so much recourse to travelling on public transport on a daily basis.
If we returned to the Amalfi coast, it would be where we would choose. That is our own take on what we want from a holiday, more Italy less English speaking, easy access to the places we wish to visit and very importantly for me....access to the sea. It was lovely to see the sea in Vico but everything was a long climb down and back up to get to it. Pozzuoli is at sea level so it was accessible all the time.
Having said this I would not have missed the experience for the world, but rather too much travelling and not enough being at the destination.
We appreciate that it is very difficult to choose holidays for others as everyone has a different take on what they want from a holiday. I am being honest with you as I feel that it may be of more benefit to you than me saying ' Oh it was all lovely thank you very much '.
We are both most grateful for your help with this holiday, as I am sure that if we had tried to do this on our own it would not have worked out very well.We have had the most wonderful experiences and seen the most beautiful places that we will remember for a life time....and you can quote me on that.
So thank you, thank you, thank you, Annie

Lucy  and  Ian (UK) - Aequa Hotel
Thankyou for arranging such a wonderful end to our travels, it was lovely to be on top of such a perfect beach to relax on and so helpful of you to look into our flights and transfers... and the train strike too! Invaluable!

Hi Alfonso
Excellent company and beautiful locations. Alfonso and Diana are the best!

Jason Tipler (UK)- Aequa Hotel
Hi Alfonso
I just wanted to say a very big thank you for sorting out the room at Hotel Aequa last month, for our honeymoon!
We had a really lovely time and were very impressed with the Hotel. All the staff were so lovely and really helpful and the room and view were also excellent!
We really liked Vico Equense and much preferred it to Sorrento, where we thought there were too many tourists!
Once again thanks very much, Jason.

Tim Button (UK) - Aequa Hotel
Hi, just emailing to thank you both for a wonderful holiday. The hotel was fantastic and the Almalfi coastline was just perfect. Also all of your help with trying to retrieve my bag was greatly appreciated. I have still not had it returned yet and BA do not seem to know where it is but i am hassling them regulaly.
Unfortunately Ben's bag did not turn up at Gatwick and all the clothes i bought in Sorrento were in there. So now mine and Ben's wardrobes are very bare.
Thanks again, Tim

Martin and Rhian, England - Nov 2009  - Il Sentiero delle Sirene
Dear Alfonso,
We had a wonderful holiday on the Amalfi coast. Il Sentiero delle Sirene is everything that we could have expected. A warm welcome, a family home that has been beautifully thought about at every stage and of the highest standard. It is a magical place set into a cliff.
We would like to return in the future.
Best Wishes to Vincenzo

Anonymous,  New York, NY - Il Sentiero delle Sirene
Il Sentiero delle Sirene is unlike any place I have ever been to. I was there in 2006 and coming back I was still amazed at how beautiful it is!! There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room and very comfortable. Pizza night with Vincenzo is so much fun. The pizza is by far the best ever!!! I would definitely love to go there again in the future.

Anonymous, New Jersey - Il Sentiero delle Sirene
Villa "Il Sentiero delle Sirene''  is a unique, beautifully furnished villa conveniently located between Sorrento and Positano on the Amalfi coast. The villa is a wonderful base for visiting all of the wonderful sites in the Naples area. There is a gorgeous view of the ocean and an array of plants and flowers that are breathtaking. It contains all modern appliances, a woodburning pizza oven, a swimming pool, a bar, and a meditating area which is most enjoyable. The three bedrooms are very comfortable and additional sleeping quarters can be arranged. Our family has spent six vacations at the Villa "Il Sentiero delle Sirene''  and look forward to returning.

Once I got back to the States, I tried in vain to describe this place to people. Basically impossible. Here's what I can tell you: It's absolutely one of a kind—nothing else like it in the world. Built right into the cliff, it makes you feel like you're floating. The air is perfectly clear, the views sweeping, and the care and love that went into building the place are apparent at every turn. You can't help but relax.
Oh, and it's got the world's best bathroom. Hands down.

Rita Dalal (India) - Il Sentiero delle Sirene
The best and the most beautiful thing in the world cannot be seen nor touched, but we felt in our hearts!!!
Il Sentiero delle Sirene is captivating and will remain a life time memory! and I would love to come back each year.....
Me and my friends, just got back from this charming Cliff house and the sense of having left such an amazing place does seem to work on the psyche.
The unimaginable Blue Water, the cliff and above all the most UNIQUE VILLA! It is so beautiful that it seems alost ETHEREAL!!!!
Bravo Doctor! Your vision to create this Villa is beyond imagination. When we walked through the gates, we were awed by the view, the garden and the whole theme of working with the rocks and the cliff!
Hospitality and the warmth of Vincenzo, really touched upon us. We became good friends and felt we were at home. His Culinary Art is amazing. He has a great passion and understanding of Italian cooking.
A great experience!
All I can say is A THING OF BEAUTY IS A JOY FOREVER!

Upon entering through the doors of this Villa, what we found is nothing that any of the four of us could have ever imagined! We felt as we were in a remarkable "wonder land". Il Sentiero delle Sirene became a loving home to us for one week and oh, how we hate to leave! This vacation has been a dream vacation. We enjoyed our visits to Isle of Capri, Pompei, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi. We thank the Doctor for sharing their heavely cliff home! We will have many wonderful memories of our dream vacation in a MOST ENCHANTING land and "our" cliff home away from home!

Evan Burton (USA) - Il Sentiero delle Sirene
Six days, or six minutes ago, that I strode anxiously into a Cliffside paradise?
Either way it was the best time spent in a long time. The word of the day here was always “unbelievable”, and it was repeated every time someone ventured a glance at the spectacular Mediterranean shimmering hundreds of feet below us.
Before I leave let me give a suggestion: WOOD FIRED PIZZA! As I stated before, it’s unbelievable

Whitney (USA) -  Il Sentiero delle Sirene
A week ago I opened the arched gates and stepped into heaven!
I now look back and reflect upon a most enjoyable vacation. Il Sentiero delle Sirene in an amazing home situated upon such scenic cliffs. Each angle of the home offers a new and special view.
Tomorrow I will walk back through the arched doorway and say goodbye to a place that felt like home!

Lisa Duckenfield (UK) - Villa Sant'Agata
A little gem of a place with stunning views. We had a fabulous time and would not hesitate to recommend this find!

Mark & Sarah (UK) - Villa Sant'Agata
We have recently returned from a week at this villa booked through Alfonso at Naples Villas. We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Agata and the whole experience was pleasant. From the first contact with Alfonso, he was very quick to reply to our emails and as we also rent out holiday accommodation, we know and appreciate how important this is. Alfonso was efficient and helpful and we found the booking process very easy.
Our stay at the property was wonderful. The only problem we had was finding it in the first place, as it is hidden away down a quite lane, but once we were there, Giusy, the manageress was brilliant and helped us settle in immedialtely.
The apartments were within walking distance of a very busy little town but it was fantastic to be able to walk down to the local restaurants and then retreat to our holiday home. Everything was very clean and well laid out and we had all we needed for our self catering holiday. The views and sunsets from our large balcony were beautiful and it was a perfect area for dining or a pre-dinner drink.
Guisy explained all about the local area, places to dine and visit and she was available whenever we needed her.
We can thoroughly recommend Villa Santagata and hope to return on our next visit to the area.

John (UK) - Villa Sant'Agata
We loved the accomodation, Giusy and Alfredo were very genuine people and showed us how to enjoy the holiday as much as possible and to avoid the crowding tourists. Didn't much like Sorrento, too many Italians seeing you as walking dollar signs and try to rip you off. Loved Positano and San'agata was of course very special. Thanks so much for all your help. I would definately use "Naples Villas" again!

Vicky and Nick (UK) - Villa Sant'Agata
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Santagata, it was absolutely lovely (even nicer than the photos on your website), thank you so much for your help in arranging our holiday. Giusy was extremely helpful, and the setting was just stunning. The suggestions of places to visit was spot on as well - we particularly loved Positano and Ravello. Pompeii was a bit tough going in the hot weather though! Thank you very much.

Neil Anderson (UK) - Villa Sant'Agata
We really enjoyed it. The villa was beautiful presented and well furnished and having the same colour scheme throughout worked really well. The pool was great and Giusy was extremely helpful. The villa was just great. Could I suggest providing wine glasses? We would highly recommend  this apartment. Thanks for a great holiday!!!

Kristin Braekken, Norway - Villa Sant'Agata
I loved everything about "Villa Santagata"- including the pool, the easy access to the washing machine and the caretaker's easy-going, fun, but still serious approach to her job.

Laura Magee (UK)- Villa Sant'Agata
Ideal for families. The staff were excellent, very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Mary Ann Cooper-Wilkie, Canada - Villa Sant'Agata
Villa Santagata was an excellent choice for us. The staff were available almost instantaneously when we called to say we were close by. They were most helpful in supplying a toaster and a kettle and were present on site a large part of the day so they were a good resource on local options. The pool was very clean and area well maintained and we enjoyed it very much. I know that the owners have little control over this but their neighbors has 2 dogs which barked continuously all night and made it quite difficult to sleep some nights. I don't know if this can be addressed. The kitchen was very stocked with items necessary for cooking and that was appreciated.

Bryan Young (UK) - Villa Sant'Agata
Villa Santagata was lovely, it was well equipped, clean and inviting. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. All the amenities at the villa were excellent. The residence was excellent, the staff were very good, helpful and friendly. The entire place was kept beautiful and well looked after.

Dan McCormick (UK) - Villa Sant'Agata
We really did enjoy our time at the residence. The location, residence and facilities were excellent. The pool was and quality of facilities stood out and the parking and electric gates on entry were a real bonus. In particular the relais's manageress was outstanding. She made us feel very welcome when we arrived and remained a fabuous host throughout our stay. By the time we left she was a true friend!

Mark Spooner (UK) - Villa Sant'Agata
It was fantastic, definately the best apartment that I have ever been to and would definately recommend it to anyone. What you say in your literature is what you get. It was peaceful and quiet but in easy reach of the town for a good night out and for transport. The apartment was a very high standard and the young lady that came each morning and looked after the general tidyness of the villa was brillant. She would be sweeping up, watering plants etc every morning at 7.00 am - give her a pay rise she is a gem!! Also the  representative who met us at the petrol station on her scooter and took us to the residence was brillant, she showed us all around, gave us lots of information and came everyday to answer any questions should we need them, she even gave us advice on a parking ticket we recived when we met her at the local beach on her time off - another pay rise I think!! The meeting that was held the day after we arrived at a local restaurant was also brillant snd very information and much appreciated. All in all a fantastic holiday, thank you ad we will recommend you to our friends and relatives. Do not change anything as it was all perfect except for the ants.

Madelaine Esser, Sweden - Villa Sant'Agata
We had a very pleasant stay at "Villa Santagata". Wi will highly recommend it to others. It was a fresh and enjoyable apartment. Good service, meeting us at arrival and good service during the whole stay. We will probably came back. It seems like there are children staying there often. Maybe on the grass in front something for the children?

Hilary Anderson (UK) - Villa Sant'Agata
Yes, we had a lovely week and would be happy to recommend this apartment to others. Our only comment is that it would have been more helpful to have two single beds rather than a sofa bed in the second bedroom. Although the sofa-bed was fairy comfortable, it was probably narrower than a   normal single bed and our tall, well built friend found it a bit of squash. Otherwise, we found everything else very comfortable. Thabk you.

Steve Claydon (UK) - Villa Sant'Agata
We had a fantastic stay. We thought the area, views and location we great and the staff very friendly. We could not have wished for a better holiday. Thanks for a great holiday. Keep offering the same its great!!!

William,  Burlington, Ontario, Canada -Torre Barbara
Staff were kind and helpful. Room was excellent with a large walkout terrace and a view of the Amalfi Coast/Naple Bay that was awe inspiring.
Access was a little difficult being 180deg turn off the coast highway. Specific location instruction should be better with exact mileage stated from a fixed location like the centre of a town etc. ( for driving)

Anonymous, Ireland - Torre Barbara
Very pleasant hotel and location (main road aside), with generally very helpful staff.
Cliff-top location included the very busy main road between the hotel and the actual cliff and sea-view (which cost extra), which I had not anticipated.

Anonymous, United Kingdom - Torre Barbara
Clean modern well appointed rooms. Some with sea views. Guest car parking available.
You were not allowed to bring food onto the premises yet they only provided paninis for meals. It made it difficult as the hotel was positioned on a busy road with no footpath and restaurants close by were a 15min walk away. It would have been nice one evening just to sit on the fantastic terrace overlooking Naples with a pizza and wine one night rather than having to dine out all the time.

Anonymous, United Kingdom - Villa Del Conte
No TV, no traffic, no WiFi... outstanding hospitality, marvellous building (a well renovated palace!) and views, great room (a suite!) in the main part of the property... a remarkable place if you're looking for a real taste of the late Italian 19th century on a beautiful hill on the Sorrento peninsula... and for those who want to relax: we loved it!

Adam Hope Somerset UK - Villa Del Conte
We stayed at Villa Del Conte in September 2008 and drove South from Rome using very good directions provided by Giovanna Rispoli. There were four of us in the party and after an easy 3 hour drive we arrived just before nightfall to be effusively greeted by Giulia , Giovanna’s mother. Having settled in to our rooms-ours was a small suite- we explored the house before eating in the refectory. Steeped in history the building retains a distinctly 18/19th century air but has 21st century bathrooms! The food was superb and sourced very locally but nothing had prepared me for the view I discovered early next morning: walking across the garden to some iron railings there below was the awe inspiring site of the Bay of Naples with Vesuvius lowering in the distance. I returned to this beautiful panorama every morning before breakfast!
One of the reasons for choosing Villa Del Conte was its superb geographical position: we stayed 7 nights and visited Naples by boat, drove the Amalfi coast to Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano and Pompeii, in the opposite direction, as well as exploring smaller places on the doorstep. Capri is a boat ride away. All of our trips were easily accomplished in a day. The weather was fabulously sunny apart from a day’s rain in Naples and returning to the Villa for drinks on the terrace while the sun set was indeed a pleasure.
The rooms were quirkily comfortable, Giulia’s guided tours of the house were thoroughly absorbing as was her walnut liqueur! The food was plentiful, well cooked and served although there were good local restaurants nearby. Overall the atmosphere was very friendly and we made several new friends around the refectory table.
I would not hesitate to recommend the Villa Del Conte to anybody!

Anonymous, Otley, Yorkshire, England - La Ginestra Farm House
We stayed at La Ginestra, Vico Equense, in October 2004. We chose it as it was the last place on our stay and we thought it would be fairly handy for the autostrada and the trip back to Naples airport. Getting to Vico Equense was no problem, but then began a tortuous 10km drive into the mountains to La Ginestra, which actually sits 680 metres above Positano. However, the trip was worthwhile, as the views are breath taking, both of the bay of Naples and the Amalfi coast. Our room was fairly average, spacious, clean, with en-suite facilities and a shared balcony. La Ginestra is isolated so don't stay here if you are looking for nightlife. The tariff is half-board, which you'll need as you will not find much in the way of restaurants nearby. The welcome was very friendly and staff were very helpful. Stay here if you like walking; we walked to Positano down the old mule tracks, which took about two hours each way. Cost for two of us was 89 Euros per night for bed, breakfast and evening meal. And by the way, the trip to the airport took one and a half hours including traffic jams, etc.

Robert Arnold, London, United Kingdom - Villino Sorrentino
We did enjoy staying at Villino Sorrentino - the apartment is clean and well maintained and the lady running the place was very friendly. It is not a high specification but served our needs well.
The location is on a busy road, but I can understand that it is not easy to find a self catering apartment so close to the city Centre.
Overall, a good apartment and we had a good time. One note, was that we found the bed to be quite hard and a little uncomfortable.
Summer in Italy were very good and we have no complaints.

Eleanor Ross, Whitechapel, United Kingdom - Villino Sorrentino
What a beautiful little villa this is! We had a wonderful two weeks here and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
The villa itself is modern and well constructed. There was plenty of space for the two of us and it was very well equipped.
Particularly appreciated were the powerful hairdryer in the bathroom, the iron and ironing board and the plentiful supply of English books in the living-room!
The real joy though was the outdoor area. The garden is beautifully set out and was full of flowers when we visited. The pool was great to use during the hot weather and was bigger somehow than we had expected!
There was very little noise from the road and none at all when you were inside. Any lack of panoramic view was made up for by the beautiful garden.
Your website is so much better than most of the others featuring villas in Italy and your prices are very reasonable. Once I booked you were always ready to help out with advice and answer any questions we had. We used the contacts on your website to arrange a taxi transfer from the airport and received excellent service from the polite and helpful Claudio. All in all I would be happy to recommend your company to anyone and hope to use you again in the future.

Linda Davison, Cork, Ireland - Villino Sorrentino
We all had a really great time at the villa.
The house itself was wonderful with personal touches that made it feel like a real home. The pool was excellent and everything was well maintained by the friendly but unobtrusive owner and son.
The location was on the edge of Sorrento itself which was fine, however we spent more time in Sant'Agnello, this small town was lovely to shop in for food with many small
italian stores and a regular market each week.
Our two weeks were great and we would recommend the villa to anyone who seeks a restful holiday within travel distance of spectacular sights.
Very impressed with the service and we will be using it again.

We did something we never do...
We went to the same place two summers in a row! Residence L'Incanto in Piano de Sorrento is absolutely breathtaking, reasonably priced, clean, and family run (Hats off to Antonio and his sister!). It is comprised of eight to ten apartments which have access to beautiful terraces overlooking the Sorrentino coastline. Some of the apartments are even lucky enough to have a private terrace. There is an amazing pool about 200m up the road which overlooks the coastline as well. There are many smaller beaches in the area that are perfect for children learning to swim. There's a family run grocery store at the start of the turn-off for the house with lots of goodies to eat. Make sure that you know where to turn off; it is easy to miss. Watch for the signs! A car is necessary, but well worth it.

Anonymous, Bucharest - Villa The Enchant
After we leaved a four star hotel in Sorrento because of some problems with the reservation, we arrived at Residence L'Incanto. I made the reservation through Internet, in two hours we had the keys and everything was OK. The room was beautiful, very new and clean. The pool is 100 meters away and very beautiful and for the ones who prefer the sea, the beach is 15 minutes away by car. You can find parking spots on the street. But what I liked the most was the terrace, at the last level of the building. From there you have a magnificent view of both the sorrentine coast and the gulf of Naples. I was very satisfied with the staying at L'Incanto and I would come next year also.

Communication was good at all times and everyone involved in our holiday process from booking to arriving and leaving our accommodation were fantastic.
Our apartment was clean and tidy and wonderfully spacious. Nicely kept garden and patio area for private use and the pool was great with lovely views.
The property landlords were extremely helpful and assisted in shoppping and helping us around the area when they could- which they didn't have to!
All in all a very lovely place and a good experience all round- recommended.

Pam and James Smith (USA) - Rosaria Villa
Thank you Alfonso for all your help.
Villa Rosaria property owner and your services will be highly recommended by me.
We plan on coming again in the near future. The accommodation at Villa Rosaria far surpassed our expectations!
The villa was newly renovated and the owners spared no expense from their selection of tile floors, high end bathroom fixtures to the glass wall with 180 degree views of the sea and Capri.
We spent our holiday in the lap of luxury. We enjoyed midnight swims in the large pool over looking the sea.
Rosaria and Maurizio, the owners, were very gracious hosts as were their son and two daughters. They gave us recommendations for local restaurants, booked a boat to Capri and even called ahead to tell the proprietors that we were coming. We were invited to their home for a traditional Italian dinner. Their friend, Pasquale, cooked for us and we all dined on the Villa balcony over looking the sea. Dinner was superb!
We highly recommend the Villa Rosaria. It is a fantastic place for a family vacation or a romantic get away for you and your spouse.

Hi Alfonso, we had a superb time at Villa Rosaria and have already recommended it to others. The appartment was excellent as were our hosts.
Excellent holiday accomodation and marvellous hosts, perfection.

Phil Casson (UK) - Rosaria Villa
We had a very enjoyable time at the Villa Rosaria Our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful.
Alfonso's help and advice regarding our booking was very good, especially recommending that we were met in the local village in order to lead us to the villa. Finding the villa (even with Satnav) would have been difficult. A small sign would be useful!
Beautiful area to visit and a good base for visiting the Amalfi coast, Pompeii and Capri.

Cheryll Shaw (UK) - Rosaria Villa
Villa Rosaria has a fabulous location (albeit hard to find). The villa we stayed in was enormous and scrupulously clean, although very dated in terms of interior decor and furniture.
The plus points were:
1) The most amazing view of Capri
2) The lovely garden with beautiful olive trees and contemporary patio furniture
3) The fabulous pool - scrupulously clean with inflatables available and a view that made it appear an infinity pool
4) The very helpful Pasquale and Rosaria who went to every effort to offer assistance for every situation and sort out any problems from lack of power due to electrical storms, or provide milk for English tea!
The negatives:
1) The welcome hamper (or lack of it!) We were expecting bread, butter/margerine, bottled water, milk, coffee, teabags, sugar, toilet roll, washing up liquid, washing powder, plus as it was a "welcome" hamper...maybe some fruit and cheese/ham or similar.................
...........we got some a small box of dried spaghetti, a tin of chopped tomatoes, a jar of pasta sauce, about 10 scented teabags, a bottle of fizzy water and 2 small bottles of beer (there were 3 of us!)
2) Lack of Satellite TV - apparently a cable was broken, so we had to wait 2 days for a resolution. Have to say that Pasquale was extremely helpful and arranged for an electrician to resolve the problem as a matter of urgency.

Richard, Wales - Rosaria Villa
we are thinking aboout booking a 2 week stay at casa solaria on the limonaia estate near massa lubrense at the end of May,early June. There will be 5 of us- 3 adults and 2 kids.We are planning on hiring a car and driving from Naples .Is it easy to get from Massa Lubrense to pompeii/herculaneum and to the Amalfi coast? Will the roads at that time of year be fairly quiet?Does anyone have any experience of staying at Villa Rosaria? Thanks Richard.
Answer:
The drive from Napoli to at least Sorrento isn't bad at all and you'll need to keep some change in your pocket for the frequent casello autostradale toll gates. You can head on the A3 autostrada/freeway to Salerno/Reggio Calabria and then turn off at Castellammare di Stabia exit. Then I beieve that you can follow the brown and white signs for Sorrento. The drive to Massa Lubrense from Sorrento is luckily short however very curvy. The drive down to the Costiera Amalfitana becomes very challenging as the road is filled with non-stop curves and you should be aware of oncoming SITA buses and tourist buses who may honk as you both near the blind curves. Some people love the drive and some prefer to take the ferries which run among Sorrento, Positano, and Amalfi during the Summer period you'll be here:

www.metrodelmare.com/inglese/l-mm3_b.html
coopsantandrea.com/it/…servizi.asp
The drive from Massa Lubrense to Pompei isn't bad at all once you pass Sorrento. Again keep some change for the casello out of Pompei and back onto the A3 autostrada. Otherwise, you can try to take the back roads to reach the main road to Sorrento in Castellammare di Stabia.
The traffic shouldn't be too bad the beginning of June especially between Napoli and Sorrento. However, it's known that the traffic on the road between Positano and maybe Cetara is always a bit heavy due to slow drivers and general congestion. I personally believe that you won't encounter standstill August traffic.
Buon Viaggio....

Richard, Wales - Rosaria Villa
Thanks very much for that very useful information. How long will it take to get from Napoli airport to Massa Lubrense by car? Our plane lands at 4PM.We hopre to get to the Villa before nightfall-Thanks Richard
Answer:
No problem. I think it might take between 45minutes-1hour from Napoli Capodichino Airport to Massa Lubrense with most of the driving time devoted to driving on city streets at lower speeds, etc. It might take around 20 minutes or so to collect your luggage and to fill out the paperwork at the rental car agency. Traffic on the A3 is pretty unpredictable with flow depending on accidents and the grand exodus before and after holidays (Christmas, Easter, and Aug 15 or July-Aug). I think you should be ok as you'll probably beat the crowds and should be at the Villa around 6pm maximum.
Before getting in the car, you might think about buying some bottled water and then using the facilities at Napoli Capodichino.
Buon Viaggio...

Dear Hilda
We arrived well at home on sunday afternoon. We want to thank you once again for your hospitality during our stay in your house. We appreciate very much our visit to your b&b.
When we left (with pain in my heart) and we arrived in Napoli, I was disappointed because Napoli was so busy and hectic. I didn't feel very comfortable in Naples when we went to the citycentre on friday evening. On saturday we returned and I felt more comfortable, but still it can not be compared with the region of sorrento. I'm very pleased I saw the hectic life in Napoli but I can't imagine I have to live there.
So, if you decide to come once again to Belgium, please contact me for a visit.
Greetings

Marc (UK)- Villa Hilda
This Bed and Breakfast is very elegant, unique. Its bedrooms have a terrace in the garden. The beds are very comfortable, the bed linen are graved with the blazon of the owner and the covers are in cachemire! Ms Hild will knock the door and bring the breakfast at the time you wish with a typical local breakfast. Books, TV, WiFi, are there for you.
The owner gave us very good suggestions for restaurants and bars.
All this and much more for less 80 Euros/night.
Great place, to recommend.

Kate (UK) - Villa Hilda
Dear Hilda, we had a wonderful holiday this year and have beautiful memories to treasure. We will certainly be able to visit Sorrento and Amalfi Coast again.
Thank you for all your efforts and a wonderful holiday.

PERFETTO!!!! PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!!!”
Having traveled extensively throughout the world and being a discerning traveler ( not a Tourist!) one quickly gains an appreciation for the places that are truly a standout in service and overall ambience and I can unequivocally state that this defines Casa Relax. This is a small luxury boutique hotel with only six rooms of which we occupied half and it was magnificent! Their attention to detail, our comfort and our traveling whims were all met with the greatest eagerness to make our stay unforgettable. We had one day of snorkeling and exploring the isle of Capri on the Casa Relax Yacht and another evening fishing for squid ( on return around 1:00 am the chef who stayed to prepare our catch served us a spectacular pasta made with our just caught squid). All of the transfers and excursions planned by Casa Relax were exceptional….I could go on and on but suffice it to say we cannot wait to return to Casa Relax!.... To Rita, Olga, Giancarlo, Julio, Gaetano, Carmella and the entire Casa Relax family we thank you for your heartfelt warmth, memories never to be forgotten and congratulate you on achieving Perfection…Perfetto!!!

Karen (Family with young children) - Den Haag, Netherlands  - Lubrense Relax
The name says much about the hotel. Relax. The owners, Olga & Rita are lovely. Gracious, friendly, welcoming and professional. The hotel is superb...easily a 5 star accommodation. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The air quality in the hotel was excellent. The new restaurant just next to the little store was superb. The best food we enjoyed in Italy!
The location is off the beaten path so the drive could be intimidating. The owners were very helpful with directions and offers of transportation. I have asthma so air quality is important. There was a lot of wood burning from wood burning ovens and agricultural burning in the area. I don't know if the agricultural burning is seasonal. The noise from Vespas settle down consistently at midnight.

Lior (Young couple - Rotterdam, Netherlands - Lubrense Relax
)The people were so friendly and helpful, it was amazing here! If you only thought about tea, they already came with a big tray with a tea pot, delicious cookies, sweets, filled figs and so on. When entering the room, we already received a bucket with Prosecco and sweets. All the time they pampered us and gave us the feeling being king and queen. I would love to come back again!
They made all the other nice hotels I stayed in before look bad as none could reach the comfort and quality of this hotel at all

"First let me say that Villa White Emotion was better that the website pictures showed and often one is disappointed with the actual setting. Secondly, we loved the spaciousness and airiness of the villa. It is beautiful!!!! We also were very pleased with how helpful Luca was to us plus the evening meal he prepared for us was superb!!! The villa was extremely convenient for making day trips to all of the nearby attractions. If we are ever in the vicinity again there is no question where we will stay. Joseph"

"Hello, I've been wanting to send you an email telling you how wonderful our experience at Villa White Emotion was, I just got so busy when we returned home. Working with you was great- You answered all our questions and the process went very smooth. This villa  was everything we expected and more. The home was lovely and very clean but the real winner had to be the views. I was a little nervous about choosing a house for a party of nine, well everyday they were thanking me for finding such a wonderful place. Owner was also a great host. He thoroughly explained everything about the house and even helped us rent a private boat for a day trip to Capri. It was the vacation of a lifetime for all of us and we all want to go back. Thanks for the Privilege, Jean"

Hi Alfonso,
I wanted to let you know that everything was perfect at Villa Cantone and that we really had a truly wonderful holiday. Thank you for organising everything.
Many thanks

Dave Stopford (UK) - Villa Cantone (apartments)
The accommodation was great, and everyone was very helpful. The pool was great too. The area is very beautiful. We discovered a lovely empty beach which was good for snorkelling at the end of the peninsula but it is quite a hike. It is an ideal spot for a quiet holiday.

Laura (UK) - Villa La Quiete
"We had a fantastic time in the villa. It was everything we expected. The woman who met us spoke english and communicated with us well. The housekeepers did a great job and were friendly as well. The house was in good condition and very clean. The weather fantastic, as was the view. If I had to find something to improve, it would be the garbage collection system...very difficult for us to follow! We were surprised that the daily housekeepers did not take out the trash and deposit it in the specified receptacles. We did the best we could, but coming from the states, where less recycling is done, I'm sure we made a few mistakes. We would highly reccomend the villa to any family or friend and think your service was wonderful. Many thanks, Laura"

Excellent property in a secure location and superb views; suitable for families with young children. The villa was simply furnished but to an excellent standard; it was clean and well maintained. The owner was friendly and approachable.
Due to the time of year (May), the pool had not warmed up.
The description was generally accurate, although there was no barbecue.
Due to its location up a hill, I would not recommend for those with mobility issues.
It's location (5-10 minutes walk) made it easy to enjoy the cafes and restaurants in the village - particularly Lo Stuzzichino (a family run restaurant, providing good value for money) and Don Alfonso 1890 (one of the best restaurants in the world - justifiably so).
It was easy to reach Sorrento, Pompeii, Vesuvius and Herculaneum using the local transport services, so a car is not needed. Trips to Capri and the Amalfi coast can be arranged in the village; and the tourist information office in the village was extremely helpful.
The restaurants accepted credit cards, but not all of the supermarkets did - cash was required. Surprisingly, credit cards were not accepted on the public transport ticket outlets, nor at Pompeii nor Vesuvius.
If visiting Pompeii, I suggest an early start (it opens at 8:30), or later afternoon/early morning, as it does get very hot. But this is an enthralling place to see.
Walking up Vesuvius is spectacular, but would not be recommended for those with breathing or heart problems as it is a 1 in 6 gradient. Plus, flat shoes are a must!

Have just returned from 10 days at beautiful Nerano staying at Villa Nella. The villa was excellent. Very quiet area. Beautiful garden with good sized pool. Immaculately clean villa, well furnished and very comfortable with wonderful viewsacross the bay. Went to Casale  for breakfast - would recommend to start the day with one of Rosa's excellent breakfasts. The Casale and its gardens are also very beautiful and so well maintained. The apartments are large and I think very special. Guglielmo, the owner and his staff were superb, Rosa, who prepared our wonderful breakfasts and a beautiful light lunch the day we were leaving. Mario who maintained the Villa was really helpful said when we first met - if you need anything just ask. He found out details of busesand organised excellent boat trips (available from Marina Del Cantone) to Capri and Amalfi and Positano. Sincere thanks to Guglielmo, Rosa and Mario they made our holiday very special.
Liked — Excellent accommodation, welcoming owner and staff, and the peace and quiet
Disliked — Nothing

My family and I have just returned from a week at Villa Il Carrubo. The villa itself had everything you could ask for. It was very comfortable and more than adequately equipped. It was cleaned from top to bottom half way through our stay, including changes of bed linen and towels. The location of the villa is amazing. The winding road down to it can be a bit daunting but it is worth every twist and turn! The view over the Med is trully spectacular and is something that will stay with me for a very long time. The personal service given by Raffaella is great and a visit to the nearby restaurant, Villa Caprille, is also recommended not only for the food but also for the fantastic views. The location of the villa is also a good base for trips to Pompei, Amalfi and Capri. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property and would I go back? Like a shot!

Our week at Villa Capri was amazing. The photos on the website did not do it justice. We were blown away when shown around on arrival.
The villa is fascinating and exremely comfortable. Our daughter got ready for her wedding there and some of the early photos taken in the gardens are beautiful. We were also delighted with the care provided by the staff. The only suggestion we could add is it would be useful for there to be a comprehensive directory of local shops, opening hours etc. in English. Otherwise it was faultless and the family were keen to book for next year!

We recently stayed at theCasa Gallo. It was our second visit to Nerano bay - we stayed in this apartment 3 years ago and loved it so much we couldn't wait to return. It was great to see the improvements made to this property. The gardens are more beautiful than we remembered and they now have a fabulous restaurant. We ate there twice and both meals were wonderful - in particular, the vast selection of antipasta was delicious. Gugliemo and Mario are wonderful hosts. They are both very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They are hugely knowledgeable about the area and are willing to suggest lovely excursions. The Casale is well positioned to be able to explore all the interesting things to do along the Amalfi coast. A car is useful but not essential as there are buses into Sorrento and boats to Capri, Sorrento, Positano, etc. Thank you so much for a fantastic holiday and we hope to be able to return soon.

Secret Place On The Sorrento Peninsula Just coming back from our trip to Italy we are very impressed of the excellent service, the delicious meals and the overwhelming kindness, especially to our little daughter at the age of 12 month. The Casa Briga apartment is a hidden, little residence, located at the far end of the Sorrento Peninsula, surrounded by a nice lemon garden. Our apartment offered everything, we expected and more. We can recommend this residence without hesitating. Thanks to Amalia and Mario for their immediate help and service, thanks to Guglielmo, who is a fantastic host and cook. We´ll come back. We had a marvellous week with 10 of our family aged 8 to 48. The property fully lived up to the description and its location could hardly be bettered, with a cooling breeze to relieve the warmth . The children spent hours in the pool, playing football and table tennis,In the evening there was a good DVD player and other equipment. We were very well looked after by the good-humoured Davide, who was the contact to the absent owner. He recommended a good nearby restaurant (Don Pedro) and a full day boat hire which everyone enjoyed.Therese kept the place clean and cooked a meal when we arrived.
I would certainly recommend Villa Riccardo to anyone.
The villa fulfilled all our expectations and gave us a very happy week we will always remember .

A beautiful villa with everything you need. The view is outstanding and the maid service excellent.
My one criticism is that it was not easy to walk anywhere as the roads are dangerous and no-one could tell us about any off road walks. Not suitable for anyone who cannot cope with stairs as there are uneven steps to the villa.
Next door to a restaurant - on the Friday there was a wedding with music until late -- not a problem for us but some people may not have appreciated it.
You are a fantastic support: prompt replies to e-mails and nothing was a problem. The best company I have ever used and when I return to Italy you will be the first I will look at. Thank you

We loved our stay. The only problem was a dodgy water supply to the top building. Often, the hot water either ran cold or disappeared altogether. Otherwise everything was great. Your descriptions were accurate and helpful.
Your service was first rate and with a nice personal touch. We found you by surfing the web.

Olga Zinovieva, Moscow, Russia  - September 11, 2010 - Villa Riccardo
Villa Riccardo is a nice place to stay for bigger family/company and who do not require daily trips to the sea, as it is really far from the beaches.
The best thing about villa is a breathtaking view of Sorrento bay and Vesuvius. Big terrace is great - we spent there all our time together.
Davide and Teresa [the caretakers] were always at our call, and very helpful.
On a slightly negative side - some equipment in the kitchen did not work properly (e.g. dishwasher). But overall we enjoyed staying at Villa very much.

A little taste of Heaven, Italian style! Our first time visit to Sorrento will not be our last, thanks to the hospitality and top-notch, first class accomodations provided us at this relaxing villa by charming Anastasia and her lovely mother (And what a chef she is too!). With its ideal peaceful garden location, shops, restaurants, swimming and the port less than 5 minutes away for a day trip to Capri, Positano and Amalfi Coast, it was perfect for our family traveling with teen children and grandparents, something for everyone. We were delighted with every comfort at the villa, especially enjoying fresh lemons from the trees and the "secret garden" gate leading to fantastic Mediterranean views. From the moment you walk into the perfectly manicured gardens you know you are in for something very special. The amenities are 5 star and are only outdone by the graciousness of the property manager Anastasia and her lovely Mama who made us feel like royalty. non si può che parlarne benissimo del nostro soggiorno in questa bellissima villa al centro di Sorrento.

We had a wonderful stay in Villa La Contessina in April 2009. We rented the villa as self-catering, and it made the perfect location for our stay in Sorrento. The villa's beautiful enclosed courtyard, patio, and upstairs terrace provided lots of safe outdoor space for the children play, and a wonderful setting for the adults to lounge and relax.
The villa is ideally located just moments from Sorrento's old city center and the ferry dock, but yet in a very quiet and private location next to the cliff top overlooking the ocean. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay, and delightfully decorated to a high standard.
The property's manager, Anastasia, was extremely helpful, and ensured that we enjoyed our stay at the villa and in Sorrento. We highly recommend Villa La Contessina, and look forward to returning ourselves in the years ahead

From the moment Andrea picked us up at the train station at Sorrento till the time we left the villa the service was first class. Both Andrea and Valerio are the most enjoyable hosts any traveller can hope for. Their insight on Sorrento and surroundings was spot on, which takes alot of guess work when deciding on what to do.
We had a double room which was both spacious, elegant & spotlessly clean. The location was a little removed from the main part of town, which could be plus or minus depending on your needs but still was within walking distance.
All the villas amenties were fantastic. I recommend the breakfast as it was both nutritious & filling. Great start for the day.
The best part of the stay was definitely the hospitality of Andrea & Valerio. Both couldn't do enough to make your stay enjoyable and worry free.

"THE place to stay in Sorrento!" Evoosh, Toronto 25 Sep 2010 - Villa Valerio
The best way I can describe this B&B is a home away from home. Andrea and Valerio are gracious hosts who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home.
The entire house is immaculate, the rooms are generous in size and very comfortable, the breakfasts are fresh and delicious (be sure to try Andrea and Valerio's heavenly cappuccinos). A first-class added bonus - the beautiful pool to cool off in during the summer heat!
And then there's the prime location... a short walk to the centre of town, the train station, shops and restaurants - and yet it's tucked away on a quiet street.
While you're there, pick up an authentic Italian pizza from the Pizzeria a couple doors down from the B&B. An economical option for a truly delicious dinner in.
Andrea and Valerio - if you're reading this, we just wanted to thank you again for making our stay in Sorrento one of our best during our vacation in Italy.

My partner and I went on a 2 week mini tour of Italy and we stayed in sorrento for 4 nights, using it as a base to visit the amalfi coast, pompeii and mount vesuvious. The room was lovely, very spacious, clean and nicley decorated. The terrace was a great addition. Breakfasts were lovely, caffe lattes, hot chocolate and croissants. Sorrento was a good base and we had a fabulous time. At the end of a busy day sightseeing we always looked forward to coming back to the villa. We were also given some great tips for restaurants in the area. I can't recommend this b&b enough, it was great.
My ratings for this hotel

"Amazing hosts, a hidden gem......" josiej, Birmingham, United Kingdom 21 Sep 2010 - Villa Valerio
We stayed at Villa Valerio in June this year with our one year old daughter. We stayed at various places during our tour and I have to say this was by far the best accomadation we stayed in.
Everything about Villa Valerio is just superb, the accomadation was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The pool outside was fantastic too!
The best bit about our stay was the hosts. Andrea and Valerio were amazing, so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Villa Valerio. For us travelling with a one year old, it was just perfect, our only wish was that we could have stayed longer.

"Just perfect!" Moles, Durham, United Kingdom 20 Sep 2010 - Villa Valerio
My wife and I stayed at the Villa Valerio during our honeymoon and it was the perfect venue. We were initially alerted to it by a pizza making course offered by Andrea and Valerio at the villa (which I must also recommend!) Andrea and Valerio are warm, friendly, genuine and accomodating. They made us feel truly welcome from the second we arrived, in fact, even before that when we had spoken on the phone. The terrace room was beautiful - perfectly decorated with a stunning view. Everything about this place was perfect and I would love to return!

This was a GREAT find! A beautiful modern apartment in the heart of Naples. Our host, Gino, was VERY helpful. Prior to our arrival, he helped us find accommodations on the Island of Capri when, at the last minute, we decided to include it on our trip. He was also eager to help us obtain seats for our flight from Naples to Rome when we encountered trouble doing so. He was most gracious to come to the apartment at 0430, the day of our departure, and call a taxi to take us to the airport. Did I mention that the apartment was wonderful? If you would like to enable yourself to experience the essence of Naples, rent this property. Gino prefers to have your damage deposit paid in cash, and he refunds it to you in that form.

We just returned from Naples, May, 2010. Totally agree with everything the reviewer from 2009 said. The apartment is a great find. We would recommend this apartment without reservation. Gino was MOST generous in helping us get seats on our flight out of Naples and was kind enough to come to the apartment at 0430 to see us off and call a taxi to take us to the airport. Bravo!

Pulcinella Residence is located in the older part of Naples and is close to public transport and an excellent supermarket. The city and the port areas are easily accessed by the local bus. The apartment is brand new and tastefully decorated. It has every modern convenience that you would expect. Gino the host was the perfect host and most helpful. He made ongoing rail bookings for us and even took us to the station. I could strongly recommend Pulcinella Residence as a perfect place to stay in Naples.

We had a wounderful week at Villa dei Fiori with fantastic caretaking of Teresa. We will never forget the delicious pizza you made for us. The life in Sorento was like a dream and the Villa is situated in a perfect area. We took a nice walk to the see and into the city of Sorento. The good communication by bus and boat led us to not rent a car during the whole stay. We will for sure come back to this part of Italy and can´t think of better living than Villa Serena. Thanks from all of us in Örebro - Sweden /Elisabeth

Our families have just returned from 2 wonderful weeks at Villa dei Fiori. The house is the perfect size for 4 adults and 3 children. There are 2 master suites with bath - perfect for 2 couples, with the 3rd bedroom having 3 single beds for the kids. They also had their own bath across the hall. All the rooms and bathrooms are immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. We spent many evenings sitting outside enjoying dinner with the beautiful sunset. We spent many days lying poolside. This is definitely a house to return to! All the great comments about Theresa are true - she is a warm, wonderful hostess. She is there when you need her but very discreet otherwise. We spend 2 weeks in Italy every year, always renting a house in different parts of the country. This is definitely the nicest house where we have stayed!

Our holiday at the villa will be something that our family will remember for a very long time to come. Seniora Teresa who takes care of the villa was always on hands to make sure all our needs were met. The villa is magnificient, the view breathtaking. The garden is impeccable and seniora Teresa is responsible for all of it's beauty. The pool oversees the Sorrento peninsula and is impeccably clean. We liked to gather around the beautiful refectory table facing the ocean and enjoying our breakfast as well as our supper. The bonus was the magnificient sunset. The rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious .We were a family of 6 plus an 18month old grandchild and everyone felt quite at ease in their quarters as well as on the grounds. All in all, we would highly recommend Villa dei Fiori and hopefully one day, return. A Presto!

My holiday spent at Villa dei Fiori was absolutely wonderful. The Villa is a beautiful place to be and the grounds are fabulous. And the icing on the cake is TERESA, she made us feel right at home and was so helpful. She is a great asset to the Villa. Would love to go back.

Our stay at the villa was a dream come true. We can not think our our time there without thinking of Teresa who is a very special person and who we would have taken home with us if she would have let us. If you want a little bit of heaven, you must stay at the Villa dei Fiori.

It was an unbelieveable experience Signora Teresa  is the most beautiful and charming hostess that one could want plus numero uno in the cucina. The Magnificent Villa, its grounds, location makes it the ideal place to stay in Surriento
Highly recommended.

"I hope you remember me. I booked a week at Villa Simpatia in August to celebrate my 50th birthday. I am just letting you know that myself and my family and friends were thrilled with our week at the villa. It was truly amazing. I could not believe how beautiful the villa was and also the owner was just so delightful. She was so obliging with everything. We could not have had a more wonderful time and just thought you might like to know. I could recommend it to anyone. When you book things on the internet you are not always sure what you are going to on the other side of the world but when we arrived at the villa it was truly amazing. The villa itself and the amazing views from the solariaum was lovely. Thank you for your help with the booking and if you could pass on my thanks to the owner and staff at Villa Simpatia. We all hope to return one day and do it all again!!!! Regards Jeannette"

Irene - Edinburgh, United Kingdom - Conca Park Hotel
This hotel is comfortable and has the most amazing views over Sorrento, day and night. The staff were polite and welcoming (the opposite of our experience in Rome) and the food was delicious. I'd definitely go back there again.

Enfield, United Kingdom - Conca Park Hotel
This hotel is in an excellent positon with an amazing entrance through a tiled tunnel to reception. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We paid extra for a sea view, which was well worth it. Well appointed room on 5th floor with balcony which also over looked the pool and courtyard which had very comfortable seating and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent with the usual continental style food, but also freshly made omlettes and fried eggs. The hotel was obviously quite full, but never gave that impression as there was plenty of room and a feeling of tranquility. A very good choice.

Toronto, Canada - Conca Park Hotel
Our tour group was treated like second class citizens - by the staff both at the front desk and in the Dining Room. A group of 18.
The tables were not set with the dishes, and cutlery or condiments. The dining room was not busy so there was no excuse for the attitude. Any request was looked upon as an effort. Which included purchasing a glass of wine and beer.
This was not a difference in the culture of Italy versus North America. This was the maitre 'D being rude on purpose.
No a pleasant experience.

United Kingdom - Conca Park Hotel
The service that we received from all the staff at this hotel was first class.
The food was delicious, all the freshly made pasta dishes were wonderful and they had a very large selection of alternatives for both breakfast and dinner.
The rooms were spotless and ours had a sea view that made it a real treat to spend time in your room.
Thanks to all the staff for making our holiday a special one

Instant coffee and microwave meals. Terrible tinned food. Enjoy fresh coffee and croissants in the square (8 mins walk away)and a fresh seafood platter on the cliff edge at Le Rivage, just 2 mins walk away. This was the fine dining experience with amazing views over the bay and at a reasonable price.

Lalla (ITALY) - Villa Natalia
We went to Sorrento in the hectic weeks of August and in this B & B we were caught by the peace that reigns in the structure. At 300 meters from the main square of Sorrento, surrounded the hotel offers several relaxation areas outside that make you forget you are in chaos. The breakfast is served under a gazebo is rich and abundant and the owners Natalie and her husband are truly delicious, ready to give you all the hints and tips of all kinds. The ns. room was practically new, very simple but very pretty, with automatic climate control and LCD TV, the only new but definitely not affect the bathroom door opening that ends up on the toilet. Another very important thing was the opportunity to enjoy the car (which in Sorrento are too expensive) and then take advantage of the proximity of the center in order to move anywhere with ease.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in staying at Reisidence Eleganza in Sorrento. We stayed at Residence Eleganza because the dates we were in town did not work with Villa Terrazza, so Andrea (the owner), showed us this guest house. It was very new and clean and decorated very modernly. There was a spacious living area (which none of our other hotels had) and a spiral staircase leading up to the bedroom, which was like a loft. It was very beautiful and although the bathroom was small, the shower had jets and a rainfall shower head, which was wonderful! It was a great location to get to the marina or the main piazza in a few minutes. It was a 15 minute walk to the train station, which we did with no problems. We booked the boat tour through Alfonso and it was absoluetly wonderful - I'd highly recommend sailing around the Island of Capri with him! Andrea also let us enjoy the terrace, which had a breathtaking view of the sea. It was my favorite part of our 11 day trip to Italy.

This place is positioned right in the middle of Sorrento and is in a perfect location for everything. The rooms are basically just small apartments with a loft area for the bedroom. The apartment is serviced every 3 days. Everything is brand new, and very well set out. It is great value for money and the lady at the front desk is very helpful. Absolutely recommend it. If you have mobility problems then the front stairs and the stairs up to the bedroom will be a challenge.

We were amazed by the minimal modern design of our room (the white one, view photo). Everything is new and trendy with unique decoration. The room was spacious, very clean and quiet for enjoying sleeping. The bathroom was large, modern, with a nice shower system and included a hair-dryer. There was also a brand new wall mounted 20" LCD FullHD TV with hundreds of channels to choose from. The female hotelier was very very warm, friendly and helpful. The Residence Eleganza is located in the historic city center of Sorrento, just one step away from all the shopping alleys, the restaurants and the marina where ferries depart daily to the island of Capri and other destinations. You can have a nice breakfast at the Spinnaker pub, situated right next to the Residence. I'll definately recommend this guest house to my family and friends!

We spent two night in this nice little guest house right in the heart of sorrento. The rooms are nicely furnished and quiet, the staff is very kind and the owner helped us with many useful suggestions about where to go, eat and live the real Sorrento! Definetely no regrets!

Frank (UK) - Casa Camillo
We stayed at Casa Camillo in Sorrento this last July and the place was wonderful. The large open terrace, I'm guessing it is 30 x 30, has a open view of Napoli and Capri accross the sea. The full sunsets over the lake are undescribeable. The house is very well furnished, including the terrace. We also enjoyed relaxing swims in the pool. Very clean, very nice, lots of room, we will stay there again. Thank Alfonso and Camillo for your hospitality.

Jillian (UK) - Villa Casale
Alfonso...I just had to take a minute to tell you how absolutely amazing the villa was. The pictures don't really do the villa justice. It was like being in our own private paradise. Everyone just loved it and never wanted to leave. My husband and I have been to Italy many times, but we have never had an experience like this. Sharing this with our daughters even made the trip more special. We rented a boat for a day and that was also incredible. I hope other families discover your amazing retreat. It will be a vacation none of us will ever forget. Thank you so much.

Lina Aquino from Ontario, Canada
The innkeeper Enza was more than we could have ever expected. She was very personable and welcoming. The extra touches she presented us with were a bonus in our eyes. We were a party of 7 adults and 2 children and we were treated like family by Enza. The breakfast was out of this world as it was warmly presented by Enza and her also gracious sister in law. I would give this B&B a 10 out of 10 and have already recommended it to numerous family members in Italy as well as our home here in Canada. All in all Don Pietro and it's innkeeper has left a lasting impression and hopes of one day returning there.

I have just returned from Villa Celentano in Vico Equense and just wanted to say that we had the most fantastic time. The service from booking the holiday to arriving at the villa was excellent, many thanks to all involved! George (USA) - Villa Celentano
This is our first visit to Italy and we couldn't have wished for a better place than Sorrento Riviera. Gina & Enza, the owners of Villa Celentano, pass the love for their villa on to everyone who comes here. It is very special and you are two very special people. We were made to feel truly welcome and Gina & Enza's gifts were very much appreciated. Villa  Celentano is like a heaven on earth. It will definitely pull us back.

Sara (New Zeland) - Villa Celentano
My family and I have just had the most magical time in the Villa Celentano. We wanted a short break in a quiet and relaxing environment with the Villa Clentano certainly fulfilled the criteria! We were met by the villas delightful owners Gina and Enza who obviously take huge pride in their villa and its newly refurbished property. The villa was very homely with lots of character and had everything we needed, including internet connection. We will definitely return!

Micheal (Wales) - Azienda Agricola Barone
This is the most enchanting place, situated in an extremely calm location with an oustanding view. We spent there two nigths in three room very large. We were six adults and three children (an expanded family of three generations) . The hospitality was warm and very friendly. Despite it's calm location the place is close to the main highway and to Salerno and the Amalfi coast. I would recommend it to all my friends.

Vanessa (England) - Azienda Agricola Barone
This was our second time staying at Azienda Agricola Barone & I'd say we'll be back again. This time we had our one year old daughter with us - always a difficult age for travelling! Our room was spacious & very pretty, also it was very cool as it doesn't get direct sunlight during the day. They provided a travel cot for our baby. The last time we were here we did a lot more exploring - the location is good for Vesuvius & Pompeii (about an hour's drive), as well as the Amalfi Coast & Salerno. This time however we did a lot more relaxing on the terrace & wandering around the hazelnut groves & small farm. We had a wonderful week here, I'm just sad to be home!

The Villa La Torretta is not only a beautiful home with gorgeous views of the Sorrentine coast, it also has the most attentive host - Piero. He stocked the villa with everything we needed, he arranged dinners for us at local restaurants and he scheduled excursions for us to Sorrento and Capri. He took the extra time and effort to ensure that EVERYTHING about our vacation was perfect. We will definitely visit again!

We rented the house for Easter for a family gathering for which the house was perfect. We were very happy to find a house which didn't require going up or down hundreds of steps (not easy in the Sorrento area!) as that would have made it impossible for some of our party to come on this holiday. You can park right outside the house and there are just a couple of steps down to the front door. Also, we really appreciated the owners letting us bring our dog - the garden was completely fenced in which made keeping a dog there easy. The 5 bedrooms were in 3 separate areas , each area had its own bathroom - ideal. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated duvets instead of sheets and blankets as it was chilly at night. (It might be an idea to have duvet covers instead of sheets). Let me mention, though, that the central heating worked very well, making it a house for all seasons. The terrace was fantastic with the most beautiful view, of which we never tired, and we spent most of our time there. The 'round' sitting room was a lovely room and we loved the colours. We ended up mainly using the downstairs kitchen as there was a dining table there with room for 9 people. This is probably the case for other people who are there when it is too cold to eat outside in the evenings, so some more crockery and cutlery down there would be useful. We lunched outside on the terrace in the day which was perfect. We travelled with teenagers who thought the TV was a bit small and missed a DVD player, also we never found the snooker table which was mentioned in the description which they thought was a bit disappointing. However, we could not have asked for a nicer place, the local village was great and we found some good restaurants. The owner was very helpful, but not intrusive, which is how it should be. Everyone in our party agreed that they would all love to go back to this wonderful house some day!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this villa. Piero couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and assist us in seeing the local area and guiding us in local information. We booked the excursion to Pompei with trip to a local vineyard and had lunch and a wine tasting, fantastic! It was arranged so we were picked up and dropped off at the villa so no need to worry about anything. We had lots of room at the villa, three couples and one two year old and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Everything we needed was provided at the villa and all was clean and well maintained. We loved Marina Del Cantone which was only a 20 minute drive away, gorgeous bay with lovely fish restaurants. We would also recommend the boat trip to Capri, which went from Marina Del Cantone, again Piero arranged for pick up locally. Just be aware that the roads leading to the villa are very narrow so don't, like us, hire a big car!

We (7 American adults, 2 kids) celebrated a big birthday in this spectacular home with all the comforts one could ask for. The owner and his assistant were wonderful, helpful and full of information (including good restaurants!). Once we learned to drive the rather challenging roadways, everything seemed close by. We highly recommend boatrides to Capri and along the Amalfi coast, visits to Sorrento and Pompeii (by train). Yes we would recommend this property highly to friends and family! The description on the Naples Villas website is good with lovely photos.

This villa was very nice, clean and comfortable. The owner met us at St. Agata and guided us to the villa. The only difficulty we had was that since we had a large 8 passenger vehicle. parking on the small pad was quite challenging. The view was dynamite and the accommodation very satisfactory - comfortable beds and sofas. I would stay there again

We went with my folks and our 2 toddlers, we had the best week ever staying here. The owners were sooo friendly and helpful and we even all got together one evening to eat pizza and drink wine outside while a pizziola man cooked our dinner for us, he comes highly recommended.
The garden is fully enclosed which helps with the little ones but just need to watch them near the pool obviously :)
We rented a car which is a must really if you have a kids and a buggy to lug around.
Can't fault our holiday at all we will definately go again in the future as we loved it so much.

The Hitchens Bradley, North Yorkshire - Villa La Pace
The position and views from the villa were amazing, the pool and outside areas were excellent. The house was very clean and welcoming however it was a little basic for the amount charged. Satellite TV is advertised but there are no British channels. You need to be a confident driver as the roads are steep and windy. When you enter the gate stop as soon as you are inside or you have to back up a steep slope. Overall a great holiday though

Jane Staindrop, County Durham - Villa La Pace
The villa was everything that we hoped it would be; clean, spacious, well equipped and in the most beautiful, quiet, tranquil location. The owners were delightful and brought us several bottles of their delicious wine! They and their agent, Bruno, could not have been more helpful and attentive.
I would suggest that anyone staying here plans their week carefully as travel is very expensive and the villa is quite remote. Once we discovered the inexpensive local bus service to Sant Agnello getting around proved a little easier. Pompei, Vesuvius and Herculaneum are all accessible via this service and then train - very easy. Car hire is probably best for exploring the Amalfi coast and this will cost a lot so make the most of the hire period!
The mini-market at the top of the hill is fantastic as is the pizzeria 'Stelluchia' where the staff are lovely, the food is excellent and good value.
We would certainly make a return visit.

We had a lovely 2 weeks in August staying at this villa. The gardens and pool are beautiful and our children (aged 10, 7 and 7) had a great time. They enjoyed picking tomatoes and grapes from the garden. The villa itself is quite basic. The owners were very helpful and gave us lots of advice about day trips, boat trips, etc. The beaches were very busy so we spent lots of time around the pool, a lovely relaxing holiday!

Eric and BonnieAcworth, Georgia, USA - Villa La Pace
We spent a wonderful week at this villa (June 5-12, 2010). The property itself and the views are spectacular. The owners, Michele and Tina, were excellent hosts and made us feel welcome immediately. We are a family of three generations, including three children (ages, 15, 9 and 2) and found this to be comfortable for all. The pool was a favorite of all of us and the gardens were not only beautiful, but provided room for the children to play as well. Dinner at their new table under the gazebo was a perfect end to the day. We had arranged through the rental agency to hire a pizzaiolo to come one evening and we were delighted when this turned out to be Michele and Tina who produced wonderful pizzas for us in the villa’s outdoor pizza oven. It was the highlight of our stay! Especially the Nutella dessert pizza! Our hosts were most generous. Although no vegetables were ready at the time of our visit, they shared ripe cherries and lemons from their trees with us. A car is a must if you stay here but you will not regret choosing this villa. We would love to return.

Although we are fairly well travelled, this was our first trip to Italy. We were extremely lucky to find Alfonso at the beginning of our search for a villa. He matched us with Villa Miluna which turned out to be a spectacular 4 bedroom/ 4 bath villa that was large, exceptionally clean and well stocked with breathtaking views. Enjoying the rooftop pool while over looking the sea was a highlight of our holiday. There are numerous balconies throughout this property (including one off everybedroom) as well as a wonderful dining area where we enjoyed many of our meals. This amazing villa is fantastic and we hope to enjoy it again in the near future.

Thank you for a wonderful week. The weather was exceptional, the villa welcoming and in an excellent position close to the village of Sant’Agata. Our family will have many wonderful memories for a long time. On a separate note, thank you too you for resolving the issue of our son’s ‘lost’ Nintendo bag with games. The service that you have given is over and above that expected and I really do appreciate the time and effort that you have put into this to ensure that we will shortly have this back safe and sound – one very happy little boy! David Ayling - Villa Paolo
For the second time in two years we had the pleasure of staying at this Villa so there must be something right. Wonderful views of the hills and Vesuvious and Sant a'gata has all that one needs. This Villa enjoys having people staying in it and the kitchen purrs as one cooks or potters around - the feeling of it being yours as one closes the gate is wonderful. Just one criticism the large garden at the end/side of the Villa needs some attention, however the apples were superb. Will be back again soon.

The welcome and help we got from Ersilia and Berta was excellent...they gave us details of bus and train times and also boats to Capri. The villa is lovely....spacious, cool and the pool is fabulous with lots of deck chairs and an umbrella to sit under, it\\\'s very private, near the village , would love to go back!

Mr Athawes - Villa Paolo
A good house to stay for a fantastic holiday" We have just nice thing to say about the service from the property owner. The villa are perfect for two families or a group of friends that want peace and quiet combined with private pool, close to village and easy access to Sorrento. Either by car or bus. Bus stop are just five minutes walk from the gate of the villa. Very nice place to stay if you want to go to Sorrento, Positano/Amalfi, Capri or even Napoli and Pompeii. We were very happy to stay here and would love to come back another year.

David Wright - Villa Paolo
As good as expected" So often holiday destinations can be a dissappointment. The amalfi coast lived up to all my expectations and staying in a small town away from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns gave us the relaxation we craved. The house we rented was really well appointed and in a lovely position.

Mr Hafnor - Villa Paolo
Our summer holiday are finally over, now its back to work. I remember you asked me to send you an e-mail when we were back in Norway, please let me know what you ment, and I will send you an mail. I can surely tell you that our holiday in Sant Agatha/Sorrento area were fantastic. Beautiful scenery, warm weather/water, nice house and nice people. We would love to come back another year! Med vennlig hilsen

Mrs Blanchard - Villa Paolo
Fantastic location. Sant Agata is a small hill top town, very Italian. Lovely walks on traffic-free paths. (Sunflower guide is very useful). Easy train journey from Sorrento to Pompeii. Good bus links to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi. We did not hire a car, no need. Villa is furnished well, very much as a family home. Nice pool, though in the shade morning and evening. The villa owners were helpful and friendly

Mr Ayling - Villa Paolo
May I say what a wonderful time my family and I had at the villa  that we rented from you at Sant'Agata this last week, it truly is a lovely location. I would also wish to thank your team, especially Stephanie, who looked after the swimming pool. Finally, thank you very much and we look forward to visiting Sorrento again very soon. With Best Wishes

Jess Adams - Villa Chechi
This place was so colorful and full of plants and very well decorated. I was very impressed with how luxurious it was for being up in the mountains. The views are spectacular and I really enjoyed the garden. My friends and I had a blast cooking italian cuisine in the kitchen, there were some restaurants nearby too. The private parking was super convenient. One of the staff gave us some great suggestions on where to go and we ended up going to Nerano and Termini which are both nearby. All in all it was a great trip and coming home to a luxurious villa in a central location just made the trip complete. I would highly recommend this place, it's luxurious and makes you feel like you are really treating yourself.

Dan Jones - Villa Chechi
We stayed in Villa Chechi for 1 week whilst on holiday for a friends wedding, the villa and service we received couldn't of been any better, Alfonso Massa was extremely helpful throughout the whole process from finding the right villa to greeting us upon our arrival at the villa.
When we got to the villa there was some welcome drinks and food laid on free of charge and Alfonso and his team explained about the different activities and sights we could see while we was there. We went for the private chef who cooked us a 8 course meal for 12 over 3 hours and even cleaned up after we had finished, i must say that this has to be one of the biggest highlights for the trip for me as it was some of the best food we had all week. We also decided to do the speed boat trip to Capri which was amazing and very relaxing and included drink on board included in the price.
Overall the villa and service was 10/10 we all had a very good holiday and i would personally recommend Villa Chechi to anyone looking for a luxury villa in a nice town that doen't break the bank.

Karen - Villa Baglio

Great stay at the Julietta Villa! We had an amazing week even if the weather did not cooperate. Took a driver to do the Amalfi Coast, we had a Fiat Ducato (9 passengers) for a car. Will definitely recommend the villa to friends in Montreal, Canada.
Many thanks to Alex and Tina.
PS We took great care of Michelle.

Mrs. Denise & Mr. Robert - USA - 15 May 2011 - Villa Julietta
Villa Julietta exceeded our expectations! It is so beautifully appointed - we loved every room - and the lovely gardens - pool and extraordinary vistas. After being with crowds all day in Capri, Pompei and Sorrento, it was great to “come home” to the serenity of this beautiful place.
We enjoyed two wonderful dinners at Farmhouse nearby and the other nights we had fun cooking local pastas and had dinner with the fireplace lighting the room. Driving was quite an “experience”, but it was great fun to be able to explore Marina del Cantone and Massa / Marina del lago.
We did hire a driver for the adventure along the Amalfi Coast which allowed all of us to take many pictures – too many pictures :-)!! All week- every where we looked – there was another spectacular panorama. What a beautiful world! Grazie Grazie Grazie!
