What is the best time of year to visit the Bay of Naples?

The weather is usually very good from April to October, whilst April/May and September/October are less busy in terms of the number of people and traffic.

Where and how far away are the nearest restaurants, shops and local amentites?

All Naples Villas' accommodation is well located with facilities within easy reach by car or on foot (5 to 10 minutes).

What are the most important places to see and the best things to do whilst in Naples, Sorrento & the Amalfi Coast?

I have paid the deposit to book the accommodation, when does the rest of the money need to be paid?

When and how the remaining balance needs to be paid will be stated on your email confirmation which was sent at the time of booking.  Alternatively, you can log into your reservation area to find out.

Do you recommend hiring a car?

Hiring a car would be useful because it allows you more freedom and flexibility. Please click on 'Services' tab and then on 'Car Rentals' for competitive prices.

Do you recommend using public transport?

Yes, the majority of Naples Villas' accommodation is well-linked. Public transport is usually cheap, reliable and frequent. For more information see 'Find Out More' pages on our website.

I eat a special diet, will I be able to get my own special diet at the accommodation?

Yes, Naples Villas' accommodation provides food, it is possible to offer special diets, as long as you request this in advance by emailing us

Will I be able to arrange and organise sight-seeing myself on holiday?

Yes, there is a lot of information about this on our website go to 'Find Out More', 'Sight-seeing' and 'One Day Excursions'. Alternatively you can email us for more information.

Which airlines fly direct to Naples?

Both British Airways and Easyjet fly direct to Naples all year round. 

Do the self-catering accommodations have the necessary kitchen utensils? Is it possible to arrange a food hamper for our arrival so that we don't need to go shopping immediately?

All Naples Villas' self-catering accommodation has the necessary cooking utensils. It is possible to arrange a food hamper for your arrival, just let us know what you would like in it and we will organise this. 

Is it possible to pay for the accommodation in another currency other than GBP sterling?

You can pay the deposit to Naples Villas in any currency by credit card (handling fees may apply) or via bank transfer to a UK bank. For the remaining balance, please see the details on confirmation email. 

How does the deposit system work?

In order to book, reserve and confirm your accommodation, Naples Villas requires a deposit from you which can be paid via credit card (handling fees may apply) or via bank transfer to a UK bank. You then need to pay the remaining balance as stated on your confirmation email.

How will I receive confirmation of my booking and holiday details including the total remaining balance?

As soon as you have paid the deposit, you will receive confirmation of your booking, the total remaining balance and all your accommodation details via email. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours of booking, please email us. If you have any further questions about the accommodation, please consult our website or email us.

Are there any English speaking people at the accommodation?

All of Naples Villas' accommodation have people who speak English and they will be willing to help you with anything you need.

We don't want to hire a car, so can you organise transfers from the airport to our accommodation for us?

Yes, we can organise transfers, email us to let us know your flight details and we will send you a quote for the transfers.

Are gas, electricity and water included in the accommodation rates?

Please see the specific property pages for these details or, if you have already booked, check your confirmation email. 

Are there disabled facilities available at the accommodation?

Please email us to explain your needs and we will advise you accordingly.

Are towels and linen provided at the accommodation?

Yes, all of Naples Villas' accommodation provide bath towels and bed linen. Bath towels are provided, usually one hand and one bath towel per person. There may be a charge for cot linen.

Is it possible to smoke in the accommodation?

No, due to Italian laws, all areas inside Naples Villas' accommodation are designated NO SMOKING areas. You can, of course, smoke outdoors if you wish.

Is maid service provided?

Maid service varies at each individual property. Please check the details on the property pages or email us for further information. Some properties may charge for cleaning locally-this is specified in the property description.

Will an iron and ironing board be provided?

Generally all accommodation has an iron and an ironing board. Please check the details in the property description.

Are hairdryers provided?

Most properties provide hairdryers but please check the property description to be certain.

Will I need to take travel adapter plugs?

Yes – the accommodation will be fitted with local plug sockets so you will need to provide your own adapters for any electrical items you take with you.

If satellite TV is provided in the accommodation, which channels can I expect to receive?

It will be local satellite. A limited number of English speaking channels are available – please do not expect the usual satellite channels you receive at home.

When is the pool heating available?

Heated pools are only available when stated in the relevant property description and will be at an additional cost unless otherwise stated. Where operation is during the winter months, this is generally from 1st November until 30th April. Some exclusions/rental restrictions may apply in July/August. Most heated pools are electrically heated but some are solar-heated and the temperature of the pool will therefore depend on the weather conditions. In certain cases, a charge will be incurred for this facility which may be payable locally or on your booking invoice.
