By Car: Motorway until Naples toll, then take the Napoli - Salerno motorway exit Castellamare di Stabia, follow signs for Vico Equense and then Seiano marina.
By Air: Naples Capodichino airport, then by car (see above), by coach or by the Circumvesuviana train, exit at Seiano station.
By Train: (Circumvesuviana) once in Naples: Napoli, Ercolano, Pompeii, Castellammare di Stabia, Vico Equense, Seiano (50 mins).
By Shuttle: from Naples airport or Naples central train station: to Vico Equense and get a local bus to Seiano (50 mins).

Cancellation: In case of cancellation within 28 days the deposit will not be refunded.

The Anchor hotel is situated in the square of Marina d’Aequa, an old fishing village, these days more commonly known as Seiano, part of Vico Equense, a town on the Sorrento Peninsula. Vico is famous around the world for the quality of its typical products, such as the provolone del monaco cheese, or the metre-long pizza.
What is special about this hotel in Vico Equense is that it is practically on the sea; indeed, there are only three metres separating the hotel entrance from the beach. There are a number of lidos near the hotel, as well as a public beach.
The numerous bars and restaurants in the area, open both in summer and in winter, make it a particularly pleasant place to spend some time.
The centre of Vico Equense is about two kilometres away, and you can get there on foot by walking up a historical footpath.
The centre of Sorrento, on the other hand, is 6 kilometres away. Trains run every twenty minutes from 5 o’clock in the morning to 11 o’clock at night from the local train station, and get to Sorrento in 10 minutes. Our shuttle service is always available to take guests to the station or to the centre of Vico Equense.
In summer, the Metrò del Mare boat service connects Marina d’Aequa to Sorrento and Naples. The hotel is just a few feet away from where the boat docks.

The Anchor B&B is in Vico Equense, in the Seiano area, an old fishing village on the Sorrento Peninsula.
It is a four star hotel offering bright and spacious rooms and suites, all of which boast a private terrace with sea-view. The hotel is just a stone’s throw from the beach.
The anchor B&B was opened in June 2009 and it is an ideal place for those who want to spend a holiday in the Sorrento Peninsula in direct contact with the sea. Among all the hotels on the Sorrento Coast, the Anchor is fact the nearest to the sea and the beach.
There is hardly another hotel in the Sorrento Peninsula that lets you reach the beach just outside the front door of the hotel!

During your stay at The Anchor, you might choose to spend your days relaxing at one of the many lidos close to the hotel, or perhaps you will opt for an excursion to one of the many points of interest that can be easily reached from The Anchor hotel: Sorrento, Capri, Naples, Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast…
In summer, getting to Sorrento and Naples is even easier and more enjoyable, given that the Metrò del Mare boat service docks practically opposite the hotel entrance. You can spend your evenings dining in one of the many restaurants close to the hotel: options range from an excellent pizza served on a palafitte platform/pontoon on the sea at Paolillo’s, to typical fish-based dishes at the Mustafà restaurant. Then there is the sublime cuisine of Gennaro Esposito, a Michelin-star chef, at the Torre del Saracino. Should you wish to spoil yourself, however, with a rather more exclusive social experience, we can organize for you an evening at the Anema e Core on Capri, booking you a table at the club, as well as a motorboat and skipper who will take you to Capri and bring you back to the hotel at dawn.
