By plane: The nearest airport Capodichino in Naples, 53 km from Sorrento. The local bus service offers daily rides to Sorrento.
By car: Take the A2 motorway from Milan to Naples and then A16 from Bari to Naples. Next drive along the A3 (Naples – Salerno) then exit at the Castellammare di Stabia junction. Follow directions to “Penisola Sorrentina" as far as Sorrento. From Sorrento drive uphill to Massa Lubrense and Schiazzano.
By train: From Naples, Circumvesuviana trains to Sorrento. From Sorrento daily bus rides to Massa Lubrense.
By bus: Daily rides from Sorrento.
By sea: From Naples, Molo Beverello: hydrofoils to Sorrento Port: Metro del Mare + bus from Sorrento to Massa Lubrense.

The luxury holiday house Lubrense Relax was built in a 16th century building, and once the residence of the local priests. It is situated in Schiazzano, a small suburb of Massa Lubrense.
Located at the bottom of a dead-end street, this boutique hotel is one of the most untouched places on the Sorrento peninsula, and is surrounded by greenery. It is not reachable by mass tourism.
The rooms of Lubrense Relax and its terraces offer a panoramic view over the Gulf of Naples.
Despite its tucked-away position, this B&B is well connected to Massa Lubrense, Sant’ Agata, Sorrento (9 Km) and Positano (20 Km).
The charming holiday house offers guests a 24 hour transfer service to the picturesque fishermen villages of Marina della Lobra and Marina del Cantone, which have the best beaches on the Sorrento and Amalfi Coast as well as to the ruins of Pompeii, Paestum and Ercolano.
Private tours to the Natural Marine Reserve of Punta Campanella, which divides the Gulf of Naples and Salerno are available. Here, according to the legend, the temple of Minerva built by Ulysses himself stands.
Not to be missed is the beautiful natural area of Baia di Ieranto, either by land or via a path leaving from the centre of Nerano.
The position is also ideal for trekking in the Sorrento and Amalfi Coast, going on tours following panoramic paths: at Deserto (m. 456), at Monte S. Costanzo (497 metri), from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view stretching from Massa Lubrense to Termini (over 6 km of solitary road surrounded by the Mediterranean landscape).

The house gems are the six rooms of Lubrense, each one being devoted to a mermaid and having its own décor and colour scheme reflecting the personality of the mermaid. The rooms accommodate 15 guests in total and each features an ensuite bathroom, plasma satellite TV, mini bar, safe, and internet connection.
The B&B's position, overlooking the Sorrento coast, gives its guests the charm of the thousand year-old myth of the mermaids, who, according to legends, bewitched Ulysses just off the coast of Massa Lubrense.

Having traveled extensively throughout the world and being a discerning traveler ( not a Tourist!) one quickly gains an appreciation for the places that are truly a standout in service and overall ambience and I can unequivocally state that this defines Casa Relax. This is a small luxury boutique hotel with only six rooms of which we occupied half and it was magnificent! Their attention to detail, our comfort and our traveling whims were all met with the greatest eagerness to make our stay unforgettable. We had one day of snorkeling and exploring the isle of Capri on the Casa Relax Yacht and another evening fishing for squid ( on return around 1:00 am the chef who stayed to prepare our catch served us a spectacular pasta made with our just caught squid). All of the transfers and excursions planned by Casa Relax were exceptional….I could go on and on but suffice it to say we cannot wait to return to Casa Relax!.... To Rita, Olga, Giancarlo, Julio, Gaetano, Carmella and the entire Casa Relax family we thank you for your heartfelt warmth, memories never to be forgotten and congratulate you on achieving Perfection…Perfetto!!!
